Ordered 2 sandwiches then was told to pay separately for a order of fries and chicken. Tenders paid for everything didn't get tenders or fries and all the employees are drugged out on something it's quite sad this business is still up and running

This place used to be well run. I just got home, missing food, tenders were cold and hard as a rock, been trying to call for over an hour, phone is off the hook. Find decent employees and a manager that gives a shit. Rude and incompetent, don't waste your time and money here!!!

Been going here for decades. Will NEVER return. Ordered online, got to the store to be told..too bad . Changing owners so we aren't taking online orders.... What?? Why did it take my order and my money?? And my rewards? I asked the manager if they could at least honor the deal that I used and they refused. They said there was nothing they could do.. And that I would get a refund eventually....wtf??? This is a great way to start a business.. By alienating all your customers especially ones that have been going there over 10 years... The new owner must be clueless...look at the other reviews they have.... New owner needs to clean house and get real managers and employees in there... But turning away customers and money... Don't think they will last too long... Just saying

The manager is terrible. I ordered online, went to the drive through, I guessed they didn't hear me well, but after waiting around 15mins to my turn, they asked me to go around or come inside because they didn't hear me and there was a the line. Excuse me, i was in line too, with a crying baby and a hungry toddler on the car while raining outside. What is the point of order online with timer, if you can not prepare the food ready in that exact time? One star of service is for the manager, I have no problem with the worker 😀

I really like this KFC, they make great food and it's always been fresh. Just be prepared to wait a while during rush times because it is popular and be sure to double-check your order because they usually are very busy so mistakes happen.

I bought an 8 piece bucket on Tuesday. This was my second time purchasing the food. I noticed that, even the chicken might've been fresh, it lacked seasoning. I wonder why. Let's keep KFC, KFC. Keep it finger licking good, not weak-tasting.
