Store manager informed us that his official school website with grades was insufficient proof and that they needed a printed copy of the same website. If you don’t want to honor your company policy then just get rid of it. Don’t give BS reasons to deny the policy. Poor customer service!

This location needs to be closed. Filthy inside and excuse for not having the donuts I prepaid for first thing when they opened was that their baker quit 2 weeks ago. I have never seen such a deplorable Krispy Kreme as this one.

Stopped through the drive thru 01/09/2025, I ordered two original glazed donuts and a medium hot mocha latte. She ask if I would like cream and sugar. I said yes even tho I have never been ask that for a mocha latte. When she finally comes to the window. She brung a dozen donuts and ask what did I get. I repeated my order to her. She had to change it on the register. I paid $9 dollars. As she’s giving me my order she ask me if I’m wearing shorts or if I’m naked… I’m wearing a hoodie with short shorts on. I laugh and say shorts because she embarrassed the heck out of me. Drove off and took a snip of my drink. Just a regular coffee with a few creams and sugars. Not what I ordered. The donuts were correct and Amazing Fresh and hot!
What are the hotlight hours ? Online it says from 5pm-7pm. We arrived a little after 5:30 and was told it might not start till almost 7.

Whomever is handling your App info should be concerned! The availability of App donuts vs In Shop donuts NEVER MATCH! When I go to order through app it usually says UNAVAILABLE for EVERY OPTION. NOW, I'm in the shop WITH THE HOT LIGHT ON, and all that's left is plain glazed! The app finally says that ALL DONUTS ARE AVAILABLE including Kreme filled, YET THEY AREN'T. This is the 4th time in a week we have left with ZERO DONUTS. We drive through 3 cities for NOTHING AGAIN!!
