Little Caesars Pizza

I went in there because I had a Tuesday coupon for T-Mobile which he explained how to be used online so I said okay give me a minute I'll place the order well I tried several times it would not take my credit card except call the store so I told the store that they refused to honor my coupon wouldn't offer any other offer I'm a store manager if I can't take a coupon customer has I tried off from at least bare minimum a 10% discount cuz I don't want my customer walking out on top of that they no longer carry parmesan shredded cheese packets because they don't want to get away anything for free they're charging $1.75 for a sign of ranch or any other sauces which is ridiculous I'm a store manager I know what it cost the store for a case of that they're only charging then 5 cents per sauce that's a huge markup at pizza cost at most 50 cents to make but they were going to let me walk out that offer me some kind of discount very disappointed I will be calling corporate in the morning and a woman behind the counter she was just playing rude the manager he was okay but he still didn't offer anything if I was the manager on duty I would fire that cashier really that particular store needs new management. Because they ran like crap you have to wait every time you come in and in their overcharging for everything and then when you pay for the extra pepperoni and cheese $8 Pizza it's the same as the regular pizza they don't budge any at this location I don't recommend this location to anybody if I was offered the job I'm looking for a second job I would run that store so much better

Guys have bad attitudes that they can't keep up with cooking pizzas, signs advertise hot and ready between 11:00 and 4:00, not hot and ready between 11 and 4 are they, and if they are they're burnt

Love this pizza. Only had one time I wasn't satisfied with the pizza I ordered but they fixed it without question. Have returned to this location.

Ordered 2 extra most bests pepperoni, received 2 regular pepperoni pizzas. When I called and let them know, I was told the extra pepperoni was under the cheese. There was no pepperoni under the cheese

How are you going to say you got food hot and ready when your hot and ready racks are empty? Smh they keep those racks full in ratchet downtown Virginia and you can't do it here?

I’ll up it to 3 stars. Ordered via mobile. Was notified that it was ready. Nothing was in the portal (already 10 mins after notification). Person said that it’ll be a few more minutes. Waited another 5 mins. Someone else helped me and said that the portal was down, then found my food in the warmer. Granted, it was busy in the store, but I don’t like being told wrong info and waiting needlessly.

Ordered stuffed crust and they gave regular crust. When we called and told them, they knew cause they’re out of the cheese. Said they gave it to others like that just fine. Pretty chill way to tell a customer you stole from them.
Doesn’t take much to call someone and offer the next best at the appropriate price, lousy service. I’d say Caesar needs better employees
