Lizettes Cajun Bistro

I am unable to rate their food, service and atmosphere due to they are never open when they say they are open. Tried twice and they were closed both times.

We went here today for lunch for my birthday. I had the red beans & rice, my husband had the catfish, while we shared the dirty fries. The food was so delicious, the service excellent.The chef came out to greet us after the meal which made us feel valued. We will definitely be coming back!

I just had lunch there today. I ordered a shrimp po boy with sweet potato fries. Let me tell you it was delicious. The only sad thing about it a little too much food for me to eat. I hope they’re still selling the shrimp and grits for the dinner menu. They are to die for!

We were really sad to arrive during regular business hours and the doors were locked. Nobody was inside, and there was no sign up stating its closure. We were excited to try the food since we love Cajun food, and even made the drive over to try it.

CALL BEFORE YOU GO. I didn’t think to do this since again, it was during business hours.

Ordered the gumbo and fried catfish po’boy. Asked for a little more than the standard medium heat on the gumbo since we like heat. The amount of heat was perfect, I didn’t need to add any extra sauce and my nose started running, that’s how you know it’s good! Had a good amount of shrimp, sausage and crab. The remoulade on the po’boy was great as well as the bread they serve it on. The fried catfish was a massive serving. We will definitely be coming back and now have a new place to show off to fellow foodies.

The food here was phenomenal!! I ordered the cajun clam chowder. Best chowder ever!! I also ordered the blackened chicken cajun pasta. Loved the flavors. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves the spicy.

WOW! I loved my meal here, the Cajun pasta with blackened chicken. The house salad with vinaigrette, sweet potato fries, and garlic bread were delicious as well. Our server was kind and attentive, and even offered soft drinks to go. We’ll be back soon!

Food was amazing!! We had the Gumbo and the rice and beans and it was great!! Their mac n cheese is SOOO GOOD the best I've had in a restaurant. Trust me order mac n cheese and top with the Gumbo You will not regret it!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! They offer delicious, authentic New Orleans cuisine. The restaurant staff are very caring and attentive to customers. I would go back again! The catfish was awesome. We also had some vegan options to choose from as well!

Should have left a review while we were there but I was TOO into my food to care haha.

It is now the next day and I'm eating my family's leftovers. My taste buds CAME ALIVE, like "is this heaven again?"

We had the blackened chicken pasta, my wife and her sister blacked shrimp and my son the Steak.

Fabulous Cajun food!! Found Lizette’s while on vacation. A party of 8 with two pickey eaters, and two vegetarians enjoyed all our selections. Very highly recommend Lizette’s for delicious, authentic Cajun food.

Decided to see the fare at Lizette's and was not disappointed. Gator bites were tender and the sauce was great! I got the Cajun pasta with jerked chicken and the wife got gumbo extra +1 spicy. Both were awesome and spicy!!!! Just like we like it.

Made a stop here and I am glad I did. Holy mackerel batman! The food is delicious and the portions are large. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I will be back.
