Excellent food. Reading these other reviews is disappointing. It is hard to find good food around here. Seeing these people rate good food as bad because they didn't get their ego stroked is ridiculous. Good clean food = good rating. Everything else is secondary. I order from here often. If you are going to order fried food for delivery, turn your oven on and crisp it up before you eat rather than complain it got soggy on its 35-minute car ride in steamy packaging because you are too lazy to go out. Don't be stupid...Lizzy's, your food is great. Thank you.

I always order delivery and when I do I put ranch, fried hard and extra season on my fries, most of the time they never listen to the instructions the ranch will be missing and it’s no extra season on the fries and the chicken will be a little soggy but the chicken is still good. After a while of not having my order right I called and the dude said next time he will throw 6 more wings in just call and let home know when I place my order, so yesterday I called and told the female who answered what was said and she said ok and hung up in my face so I called again just in case it was a mistake and she would not pick up and when I got my order no extra season on the fries and it wasn’t fried hard. It’s pointless to put the instruction and for the person to answer the phone and hang up and not answer again that’s bad customer service I been ordering for a while and the problem was not fixed and the service was horrible on the phone so I will not be spending my money again to not have my order right.

So first off if it’s one thing imma do is go somewhere and eat . And do reviews . Now my very first time at this place was good the food was so delicious and fresh and hot . I ordered the pepper steak and rice and wings and mac and cheese it was all so damn goodt umkay . I would recommend. Give it 9/10 .

I was so excited to try this place out. Ordered a chicken sandwich basket (with fries), baked beans, and Mac and cheese. I got a chicken sandwich, no fries, no baked beans, and 2 things of Mac and cheese. I'm not ordering from here again. Go to Lloyd Have Mercy if you're not a regular here. It just isn't worth it.

How can we do better? Try greeting your customers when they come up to counter. Act like you actually want to take their orders instead of having people wait for minutes while you continue talking about inappropriate topics in front of paying customers.The food was mid and the employees working the window have terrible attitudes. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

Honestly as a white woman it’s extremely unsettling to come here and grab orders for doordash. Everyone working there gives an attitude, the people surrounding it are staring you down because you’re white. Which sucks because the food always smells good but I avoid this place like the plague so better.
I frequent this place. I enjoy the mac n' cheese, lima beans, fried pork chop and corn bread. It is a take-out only restaurant and it's possible that the atmosphere may not be everyones preference but, it reminds me of a family cookout. Seems like a tight-knit community of strong, caring people.

Be prepared to receive some undeserved attitude from one of the dark skinned girls there if you go to pickup an Uber Eats order.She'll likely want you to confirm pickup before she even gives you the order and then she'll likely say "the food's right here so confirm pickup" even before she gives it to you.Some people just can't see how they perpetuate the stereotypes that they've earned and those people don't seem to care either. smh
