The sign on the front four said open until 10pm and so does YELP and their web page, but we were there at 6pm this evening and they were not open. Their neon "Open" sign was not lit and there were no cars in the parking lot. The drive thru sign had a light inside but no one ever came to ask for our order. The back end/kitchen had some lighting but we drove by showily, looked inside the window, and saw no movement. I'm thinking it's already closed up shop or is on its way to being. The inside dining area never opened back up after the CoVid lockdowns, only the drive thru has been open, and now not even that.

Upon pulling up to the drive-through at 8:35 (because on Google it says they close at 10) I was immediately told how everything is off except for the fryer “it’s about that time” which made me feel uncomfortable to order. THEN, I asked if they closed at 10 because on Google that’s what it said… and I was basically schooled on how I can’t believe everything I read on the internet. Thanks for the tip bud, but I have used the internet once or twice before and think I know how it works. I left not ordering and feeling uncomfortable about this interaction. The dude was a jerk.

At around 4:15pm today It took workers longer than usual to come to the speaker in drive thru with no other vehicle in site, had to cut off car to wait after ordering food. Caucasian female came to window appeared puzzled and clothes shoveled. A black guy came out with a startled look glancing towards the window to only see who was at drive thru window whom clothes appeared beyond filthy and rearranged, then he disappeared. A second black guy came out appearing under some sort of influence with blood shot red eyes with head phones of the girl (that placed my order) on his head (whom I never saw again). Something very strange, unusual and unethical is happening and extremely apparent at this establishment. Food was not prepared fresh. We ordered a number 8 & 11. Chicken, fish & Shrimp tasted as they stayed out hours and was warmed up prior to serving. We wanted to pull back around but as we pulled up another vehicle (pickup truck) pulled behind us next in line to window shouting at workers. The worker in drive thru was yelling back to the customer while waving his hand. My children said mommy let's just go.

They A hole in the drive thru was rude and needs a lot more training. I ordered TWO lobster bites he put them both in the same container. I asked him why did he do that because that was for two different people. His reply was when it two orders of the same item it goes in the same container. I really could not believe he told me such a ball face lie. When I told him I would contact corporate office. He laughed in my face and closed the door. His last name is Lakes and someone truly needs to retraining. I would NEVER return there again. If I was a minus zero star thats exactly what I would rate this place

Food was cooked fresh but as soon as we bit into the fish and shrimp, it was literally filled with oil. I'm not one to complain about greasy food, but this was literally like a shot of oil in every bite.Everything else was good, just the fish and shrimp was extremely greasy to me.

The same guy or corp that owns this place owns Bennigans on West New Haven in Melbourne. They invest no money in this Long John's at all. The food is good but the place is a dump!! No wonder nobody wants to work there!

My food was hot and tasty ?. I got 3 chicken planks with fries and hush puppies. When I went during the 12 o'clock lunch hour, only the drive thru was open. No dine in or ability to place an order from the counter. I drive a work truck for a Telco and am not allowed to use drive thrus. The woman working the drive thru was really nice and allowed me to walk up and place an order at the window. Don't bother calling, I tried twice and no answer. Alot of restaurants are understaffed during COVID-19 recovery so this is understandable.

You hardly see Long John Silvers anymore but I ran across this one and I am sure glad I did. I hate that you can't dine in but I assume that is cause of lack of employees which is understandable. The young lady helping me was very nice and the food was as usual very enjoyable. I will be back again, again, and again.

Oh My Word!! What ever has happened to the deliciousness that used to be LJS?I went there today. I made a 17 mile jaunt to one of my favorite cheats and was so disappointed for the 2nd time in a row. Since this is only LJS around here I make an effort every other week to drive the 17 miles to go there and support it. The last two times the food has been downright unenjoyable and almost inedible. I always get the fish, shrimp & chicken combo with an add on shrimp and chicken (of which I was a shrimp short both times) so everyone gets a bit of what they want when I get it home. Enjoying LJS battered bites takes me way back to my childhood. That battered fish taste, those perfectly crisped fries, the tender, juicy chicken planks and those oh so big & delish butterflied batter-dipped shrimp not to mention the yummy coleslaw. Welll... not so much anymore. At this store the shrimp are not butterflied any longer and they are now smaller, overcooked, grease saturated and rubbery. The thick and juicy chicken plank is a mere chicken tender now, overcooked and rubbery as well. The fish has been downsized and sliced thinner resulting in more fried batter than fish. They have not adjusted cooking times to reflect the smaller portions so it is overcooked and dry. The same holds true for the shrimp and chicken as well. Everything is dryer, rubbery and overcooked. Even my fries and hushpuppies were overcooked and no longer crispy. They tasted as if they had been fried earlier and then reheated in hot oiI for a minute. I fully understand supply shortage, the need to increase prices as well as the need to substitute product at times but the quality has decreased considerably and the wait times in the drive thru are crazy long. The staff of two young women are extremely friendly and are the only two holding down the fort. They are definitely busting hiney in there and you can't blame them. They are doing their best with what they are having to work with. I am sorely disappointed and not even sure if I'll go back. It's too costly to buy food that you end up throwing out because you just can't swallow it. I hope they are able to turn things around soon or we may not have an LJS in our area anymore. ?I do hope they go back to their tender yet crispy butterflied shrimp, that has always been my favorite since childhood. ?

Boyfriend wanted the lobster bites. We live in Palm Bay so it takes a bit of time to get there. We arrive and they have a sign saying drive thru only 3 times on the sign.Decided we could sit under the trees and eat. Get to the speaker to order and we are told cash only, card machine not working. I had cash so we ordered. We got the box with lobster bites, 1 piece of fish. 2 hush puppies and fries. Also ordered an A&W root beer. Not impressed with the lobster bites, loved the fish. The rootbeer did not taste like A&W, it was flat. Will not be back any time soon Their fish and chicken are always good, but I have to be able to dine in.

Used to love coming to this location, but have noticed it has been getting worse. We wanted to dine-in due to the heat outside, but the sign on the marquee showed only drive-in available.Once we ordered I realized this location did not offer A&W products like in the past. Then they offered no form of sugarless beverage, like unsweet tea (made apparent by a paper sign on the drive-thru sign). We watched as the meal prepper opened our boxes and closed them 3-4 different times to verify the contents before walking them to the window. While I am glad someone at a drive thru does verify the correct orders, they could made sure the food was not overdone. The food was dark brown and oil saturated (basically over cooked). I ordered 1 fish/2 chicken, could not tell what was in the box as it tasted all the same. Tater sauce and cocktail sauce did nothing to improve the taste. We paid close to $34 and felt the food was unenjoyable. It lacked flavor, was overcooked, and for the price made this meal a 1 star.

It’s definitely gone downhill quick. I used to enjoy the food but it’s just not good anymore. They are remodeling so maybe that boost the quality? We will see.

Drive thru only currently. Cashier was really polite & patient. She answered my questions w/ no attitude. They have plenty of options. The food didn't take long & it was hot & fresh. Prepared/ cooked nicely, the shrimp could've been a bit bigger. Portion sizes are good for the price. Food just like I remember back in MD but better customer service. I'll definitely order here again. Can't speak on the cleanliness since the inside isn't open.
