Food was good. Our streaks were well-prepared. Firecracker Shrimp (appetizer) actually had a LOT of shrimp! The chocolate cake we had was very, VERY good. Service - at the front desk and wait staff - was friendly and personable. Overall, recommended!

Air conditioning set temperature was too low, it was Freezing. Asked the manager to set it a bit warmer, the excuse was …”it a set temperature…” The set temperature can be changed, and make it comfortable to the customers.

I had the great pleasure in dining here for lunch today and it was a great pleasure having Regina as my waiter. She made sure I was totally satisfied with my preferred salad dressing after a few options. The food was great and plenty.

My wife and I stopped by today after church for a quick lunch. Nicole was our server. Our food was perfect and our server was awesome! Kudos to her and the cooks!! This is our go-to site for steaks!

We are snowbirds and I always look forward to having a ribeye at LongHorn Steakhouse. So after Christmas Eve church services, I suggested going to LongHorn Steakhouse in Viera. It was crowded and the restaurant had most everything under control and guest were being taken care of. We, a group of 4 were seated , ordered drinks and put our order in for dinner, 2 ribeyes, spareribs and a steak sandwich. my ribeye, ordered medium was very chewy and dry, not what I always had in the past, loaded potato was okay, with only sprinkled toppings, The other person who ordered a ribeye also later on said, his steak was not prepared as he well as other times. I know it was busy, but the restaurant usually can handle crowds. I will be looking for a new steakhouse for the rest of our stay. The ribs were delicious
