We were in town for the night and stopped here for dinner. Our server Michelle was fabulous! She was so sweet and attentive. This is unfortunately not the case in most places as of late. Thank you for being great!!!

Our server, Joey, was excellent. The food was great except when it came to our steaks. One steak was wayyy over peppered. The other steak was not medium rare, it was definitely rare. We still ate what we could and tipped. Also we really enjoyed the convenience of paying using the qr code at the table.

Usually our experience at this LongHorn is excellent, but yesterday's visit was the exception, probably because we were on a tight schedule and almost everything took longer than usual. The server was very prompt in taking our drink order but it took a while before she came back to get out food order, then it took a long time for the food to come. It was 30 minutes from the time we got there until we actually got our food, and the restaurant was not busy. I told the server to go ahead and bring boxes because we would have to leave soon, and to make sure the ticket was submitted so I could pay by phone, but when I scanned the barcode 12 minutes later to pay, no ticket was found and I had to go looking for our server to pay so we could leave. Also, the restaurant was very cold which made it harder to wait as long as we did. We will go back again but hope these issues don't happen again. The food was very delicious as usual so no complaints there.

We arrived shortly after 11:30 am. They were not busy, but it took far too long to get service and even longer for our food. We didn't get anything special, but I was totally disappointed with the service. The music was way too loud to enjoy conversation with our friends.

Had called ahead for a table, we sat right down. Pretty quickly greeted and served drinks. Food was good. The price wasnt too bad either.
I wanted to surprise my mother with her favorite meal and take it to her in the nursing home. I put in an online order with special instructions to please cut up the steak for her. Thank you so much for that and please thank the cook or wait staff that cut the perfect bite size pieces for her. It really made her day. Everything was hot and fresh and tasty. Big portions, great price and a quick easy pickup delivered to my car by a happy friendly face. 5 stars across the board.

This experience will mean I choose another restaurant next time. At 2:30 in the afternoon a slow restaurant should mean great service, it does at Chili’s next door.
I was seated at a table that was so wet I had to pry my menu up. I sat sideways for ~10 min while my table dried. My waitress came over after I had been seated at six minutes. She didn’t seem concerned about my wet table at all. She continued to take my drink order and my food immediately she definitely wanted me in and out. My Caesar salad was absolutely beautiful as was my steak. I only saw my waitress in order to take my order and give me my receipt. I don’t know why I tipped her so much. She didn’t do much. Chili’s is definitely a better place to be in this area.
