At first, I wasn’t impressed. The bartenders were clearly skilled, but not very engaging—it felt like a bit of a “silent service.”
Then we met Jimena. She was awesome and completely changed the experience. As a Scotch drinker, we naturally got onto the topic, and she was incredibly knowledgeable. She shared the history behind different drinks and even talked about experiences she’s had internationally, which made the conversation genuinely interesting.
What really stood out was how she greeted every single customer who walked through the door and took real pride in every pour. If the owner is reading this: it is extremely hard to find someone who treats your business like it’s their own—and Jimena does exactly that.
If it weren’t for her, I probably would have written this little bar off. The atmosphere is cool, but it’s the people and the relationships they build that keep customers coming back. Honestly, if it weren’t for Jimena, I wouldn’t be nearly as enthusiastic about returning.

Such a neat place!! I’ve only ever gone on weekdays so it’s definitely not as crowded as weekends could get, but the craft cocktails are always delicious and well presented! Adrienne is both very friendly and a fantastic mixologist who really knows how to make a good drink if you’re looking for something new ❤️

We loved the magical mixologist and the moody and mystical vibes of the place. The fact the place isn’t for everyone (like a local watering hole) is what actually makes the place. If you don’t like the dress code, the speakeasy codes and riddles, or the small capacity, you’re kinda missing the whole point. Go to Chiles - they got your two-fers ready!

Thr atmosphere nice and the drinks were very good. The place is on the smaller side. The drinks took a bit to receive understanding it would take a little longer as they are all hand crafted. It was not the time to make the drinks it was the time it took to get served.

We were so excited to go and check this place out. Since it was dark and our first time we accidentally walked into the main bar and was rudely kicked out and told to go to the next door. We almost decided just to leave but thought we’ll give it a second chance. We went into the library, found the book and was given the real spill. This is a membership bar so if you don’t pay/join you don’t get to stay. We wished we would’ve known that before we paid for our expensive uber.

The hostess was kind, it is a cute concept but not well thought out. They should definitely consider reservations limited to 90 minutes. We waited in line outside in FL weather and paid $10 to realize there was literally no room to stand, we would have to stand in a limited space in between the bathroom and entrance door. It would be manageable if there were a few high tables around where we could at least put our drinks on, but the expectation was for us to stand there as if we were in a club with glass drinks in our hands! We left, not worth it.

This place deserves all the hype, I don’t care. The mixologists here are INSANE. This was my second time here, first time seeing the “take a gamble” option, I asked for vodka or gin and was delivered bourbon. At first, I was scared and hesitant but of course I tried it and WOW. I have never tasted anything like it. I downed the whole thing in like 5 minutes because of how good it was. I asked for the movie “how to lose a guy in 20 days” (black drink) and my boyfriend did “lord of the rings” (green drink). We ended it with an Avi Papi and old fashioned. The avi papi was outstanding. I love the vibe in here. I grew up in Jersey constantly going to New York and used to love speakeasy’s and cocktail bars, this reminds me so much of home.
