The brunch was delicious. The bar was filthy and we were the first customers. I understand stuff happens so it would have been nice to have it wiped down. Nope. Sat in a pile of salt and food scraps. You can tell management doesn’t care. They need to paint the air vents as they’re rusted and moldy. The wall paneling has fallen down so it’s missing tiles across the walls. It’s trying to be high end but they’re lacking basic cleanliness. The speakers have a layer of dust on them too. A good manager should be handling this.

We had a wonderful lunch... Nate delivered top service, better than most. The food was great... We could tell it was all made from scratch as advertised. I had the steak tip fries that were absolutely to die for and Mom had the Mediterranean salad that she loves so much, we are definitely going back for the same dishes again!

The food, drinks, and view were amazing. We had the pleasure of seeing several dolphins while we dined on the patio. Additionally, our server was very attentive and the live musician was a welcomed bonus. I/we will dine here again.

We recently visited Marker 99 again and were lucky enough to have nice August weather - the wind was blowing which made our table on the deck so pleasant. We enjoyed a good bottle of reasonably priced wine. I always have the Patacones - they are my favorite - such a creative, delicious dish. This time, we shared the fish tacos, which were delicious. We finished with the guava cheese cake - it was light and creamy with a passion fruit sauce - delicious!

Marker 99 is one of my favorite restaurants in Melbourne - consistenly good food and reasonable prices.

Everything we have tried had been wonderful but especially love the seafood chowder and shrimp- avo! Food is not only delicious but attractively presented. Reagan our server was very attentive. Outdoor seating has a nice view of the river.

Waiter was swift , polite, and professional. How ever, the burger was dry and confusing. They forgot the true flavor of the beef and chose to complicate the authentic flavor profiles of a burger. I didn't taste any cheese or see any. I appreciate the blue cheese on a beef patty but where the hell was the blue cheese? The onions were rendered down with sugar. So every bite was laced with a sweet off puting and even sinister taste. The veggies were soggy due to this piping hot well done beef blob on them. Please go back to the roots of what American cousine is. I understand you want to elevate traditional dishes but what you did was blasphemous to an American classic. I want a rich beef burger that has a decent fat content and a rich quality cheese. I don't want a mouth full of dry beef and sweet onions with tin flavored mushrooms. My challenge to the owners is drop your arrogant pompous culinary grade style cooking and return to the roots of what a sound , traditional cheeseburger should taste like. And for the love of God stop placing sweet translucent onions on a burger that is supposed to be savory, delicious, simple, and comforting. I want to enjoy the scenery of the river and fully dive into a nostalgic meal, last night I felt like I was eating a burger that was made by a overrated fancy chef with a culinary degree and a chip on his shoulder that's trying to reinvent something that is close to being perfection in its original state. I will give you one more chance to fix your Burger. I ordered my burger medium not well-done. The burger was so hot it made the tomatoes mush and the arugula taste like grass. Try this a medium cooked beef Patty cold crisp lettuce raw red or yellow onion and a thick slice of tomatoes and a quality slice of cheddar.
