I recently had a very frustrating experience at McDonald’s after placing an order through the mobile app. I waited about eight minutes without any progress, so I went inside to cancel the order since it was taking far too long. The staff told me that I had to cancel through the app, but when I tried, the app said I was unable to cancel. In the end, I had no choice but to leave without my food and without a refund. It's been a while since I have been here . I had a great experience. Everyone was so nice and didn't seem to mind my special order on the fish sandwich . I left very pleased . Great customer service.
I went to McDonald's in Melbourne Florida on Sarno Road with my great-granddaughters. I ordered a 1/4 pounder with cheese. This was what I was served. So glad I did not go through the drive thru. How long had this been sitting an how many times had it been reheated before I came along? An inquiring mind wants to know. Well, can't post a photo, but it was bad.
