⭐ 1 star This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. There was an unbearable bad smell as soon as I walked in. The service was terrible, slow, and unprofessional. All the tables were dirty and greasy, and the place looked completely neglected. This location clearly does not follow basic cleaning or hygiene standards. I left disgusted and disappointed. I will never come back and do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty dependable spot when you just want something quick. Drive-thru usually moves fast, orders come out hot, and the staff keeps things moving even during busy hours. The place is clean, easy to get in and out of, and it’s convenient for late-night or early-morning stops. Nothing fancy, just consistent and reliable.

I recently had a very frustrating experience at McDonald’s after placing an order through the mobile app. I waited about eight minutes without any progress, so I went inside to cancel the order since it was taking far too long. The staff told me that I had to cancel through the app, but when I tried, the app said I was unable to cancel. In the end, I had no choice but to leave without my food and without a refund. What made the situation even worse was that several cars in the drive-thru, who ordered well after me, received their meals quickly. I used the app expecting faster service and convenience, but instead I was left completely dissatisfied. This kind of experience is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

Went to grab a combo 2b, no pickles or onions, large fry and tea. Paid. Looked in the bag and saw a small fry, medium soda, nuggets, and 2 sandwiches.
When I went to ask for my order to be remade I was told they're too busy and to leave. If I could rate negatives I would. The lady at the pickup window wearing a head wrap threw the bag of food at me

Asked for a Stk Egg on Bagel, it was cold, onions n steak were burnt, the hash brown was cold! Just spent $10.00 on a breakfast that was really bad!

Yeah, I think I am done. I try not to eat a lot of fast food but the wife had a craving for a large fry and a sundae. I figure what the heck and ordered the same. They didn’t bother to tell me that they were out of the sundae cups and proceeded to serve them to me in these flimsy cardboard containers that appear to hold less product than the normal cups and don’t have a lid. I had them put them in a drink cup and despite this, one leaked all over my cars seat. I didn’t eat any fries on the way home so that I could eat with my wife. The fries looked to be about half full, were cold and soggy. This is what $17 and some change gets you at McD’s. The drive thru attendants were friendly. I am seeing pattern of their reviews and the concerns appear to be ignored.

Took nearly 20 minutes from time of order to leaving. There were 3 of us in line all of us got asked to pull over and wait. I had hoped oh the fries will be fresh but the fries were old and soft, chicken sandwich was hap hazardly put together. Soda at least was good

Horrible, service. Went thru the drive thru. They said wait in the car for my food. I waited almost half an hour. I went inside because no one came to me. The wait was making me late for work. I had to wait another 15 mins before I got my lunch order. The staff was very rude and just dropped my lunch, when I explained I was waiting a long time. I will NEVER GO TO MCDONALD'S again. I am done.

This place can't never get your food right. The fries be cold. When it is lunch time the fries and hard and cold. You ask for no onions they put them on the hamburger. It's tiring to keep calling because they have messed up your food. Or the soda is not what u ordered. Spend your money on what u ask for and you get something else. Terrible service

This McDonald's has really changed things around compared to 15 months ago. The service is friendly, food prepared rather quickly, and they have been keeping it cleaner than the average restaurant too. Keep up the good work!
