We went to Drivethru the kid was very nice . The quarter pounder with Cheese is what we both ordered .They were not good . Not what the use to be . We wont do Mcdonalds again . Mcdonalds on Eau Gallie. Melbourne.

Ordered cook to order fries because i just wanted some hot, crispy, and salted fries. They told us to pull up from the drive through window and wait at the “white line” all we ordered was french fries they came out minutes later not fully cooked and also no salt at all. Also found a grey and blue hair in them 1/10 do better.

The last 5 times I've came through here to get food for my daughter or my family the workers have gotten my order right but.. I always ask for extra ranch for my daughter and they NEVER put it in there if I don't ask for my receipt back which happened the last time earlier tonight so 3 out of the last 5 times in total.... I find that very shady and unnecessary. I know it wasn't terribly busy when I came at the time i did so there was no excuse for it. I don't know what the deal is if they have something against me personally bc of the way I look or the fact I asked for extra or what the deal is. But I work at a front desk and as someone who wants to try and give good customer service and make the guests as happy as I possibly can it is very frustrating for me when I have this happen to me at a place I regularly spend money at bc my kid likes happy meals. It would be nice if you guys would just give me what I ask and pay for it's for my child and it's just ranch so why can't you just do it?

Had an issue with my drive through order, walked in and the manager caught me before I got inside. He started to fix the issue I had as soon as he heard what was incorrect. Didn’t even take me 5 minutes to have my problem resolved and be on my way. Great service
