Not sure when this location went rogue but it's not working. If I order a Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe, that's what I expect to get. Instead I got a cheeseburger with a half a cup of mayonnaise and French fried onions. That's not even an actual menu item. McDonald's has a standard which is why they have recipes for each menu item, so you don't screw it up. The Big Mac my husband ordered only had special sauce on the very bottom bun. The top bun was so stale, it crumbled. Very disappointed store #6768

Too much to say and too much to complain about I'm going to keep it real simple. I don’t waste my time and money to get a messed up meal and offered a free one i don’t need your free meal i need your employees to read and understand english. This has got to be the worst location. So sick and tired of the laziness and ignorance from these workers nowadays i would rather see a company go out of business than a fraudulent company employ people who don't even care about themselves yet you expect them to care about peoples food? Make it make sense.

I could literally hear their drive thru drink machine making drinks when they told me the drink machine was down. I have 2 door dash diet cokes and they refused to sell me a beverage. Could have filled a coke in drive thru, but clearly that's too hard.

Love this location. Great staff that literally serves with a smile. Mr Doug is the best. He's only there part time but his laugh is infectious. Always a good day when you get to see Mr. Doug in the morning!

I used the drive through usually. I've been going almost ever Monday for the past two months. The girls in the Drive through are superb. Great attitude and customer service, very competent, accurate with the order, no attitudes.
Ladies, you are doing a great job. I come around 5:30pm usually, so whichever staff is working those shifts. You rock. Don't stop being awesome. Great customer service is hard to come by. It's really refreshing to see especially young people bringing their A game.
Again kudos to you. I can't wait to swing by again for my icesream and apple pie and maybe nuggets and ranch.

Manager A J is a real professional. In my time there I witnessed him covering several stations to provide staff with a little time away to catch their breath so to speak. The staff at this location works hard and is professional and courteous.
