My app messed up and added a sandwich i didnt want so i told the man at the window. He got me my refund and i pulled up to the next window where my refund and food were handed to me. They must have not appreciated me holding up the drive through for litterally only an extra minute because my coffee cup was sabotaged with the rim pressed down causing my coffee to spill all over myself and my sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle was missing a whole sausage patty. Im going as high as i can with this one and i hope someone gets fired

Why is the food so shittty??!! The sandwich bun was burnt, the crispy chicken was burnt, and fries were full of salt!!! Even though it's a fast food place, the food should at least somewhat be worth the money and not this crappy!!!

I door dash every single late night and come here probably 100 times a week but this is the first time I've eaten here and I must say it was the best burger and fries I've ever had at a McDonald's!!! I already knew that late night crew was amazing from the service I get picking up deliveries, but boy I'm impressed by the hot great food. Thanks guys!!!!

I visited this McDonald's location with my family a few days ago. This is the worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever been in. Inside, the restaurant was so filthy and disgusting, the tables were dirty and dusty, the trash can was over full with trash, and the soda station was a complete mess, soda spilled everywhere, the Burgers were cold and the fries were cold, that branch manager needs to do a better job, or the shift manager, on our way in they were two employees outside smoking, and two just sitting in the restaurant on break or something, but the front of the house was very messy, I've reviewed several McDonald's I've never had such bad experience with cleanliness, where is the McDonald's standards? Poor management, i guess, or shift leader. The only good experience we had on our visit was Fast service,but cold food.

I ordered via the official app, the receipt reflects my order. Staff is so inconsistent that that by selecting repeat order on the app, I did not get it. This is not the first time at this location. Management seems suspect as the menu boards in the drive through have been unusable for about a year. They're probably spending the $ required to fix them on the employees, lol. (They aren't in case sarcasm wasn't clear.)
