I stopped by on my lunch break to get a brown sugar boba. The initial interaction at the register was a bit uncomfortable — the woman taking my order seemed shy, which wasn’t an issue, but the male employee made a few rude remarks toward her while she was helping me. I let him know I could hear her and we were fine.

When I received my tea, it was unfortunately very watery and lacked any flavor. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I left — but once I got to my car and realized I had spent $9 (including tip), I felt I should at least ask for a remake. It took a lot of courage for me to go back inside since I’m a shy person, but I politely explained that the drink didn’t have any flavor.

The male employee looked at me and said, “I can tell you for an absolute fact that there’s flavor in there,” then walked away. I was stunned and didn’t know how to respond. The female employee tried to ask more questions, but the situation became more uncomfortable until the owner, who had been sitting nearby, stepped in and allowed the drink to be remade.

While I appreciated the remake and it did taste significantly better, the overall experience left me feeling embarrassed and nearly in tears. It was an upsetting and disappointing visit, and I truly hope the staff can work on creating a kinder and more respectful environment for customers and each other.

The Korean dog i ordered was the hot cheeto one and unless you want a mouth full of mayonnaise 🤢🤮 don't order this. Update the dough was raw.

Decided to try them out through the too good to go app as it’s a easy way to try new things for cheap, pick up time for them is 7:00pm-7:30pm the day I placed my order my car got hit and I was dealing with so many things that day I realized around 7:20 that I had made a order to be picked up and I lived a good distance away, I instantly called the shop and explained everything luckily the owner answered and she was super sweet and had no issue staying late to allow me to pick up my order, multiple places that I have worked at before owners/management would of happily made employees stay after closing to wait but nope she waited till I came, and she gave us an extra box as someone didn’t pick up their order! The food was delicious! Will definitely be going back when they are actually open!!!

Food is great. Service is ok. Atmosphere TOTALLY weird. A partition set up in the back corner of the store and the owner sitting behind a desk 10 ft from the register making personal, medical calls while I’m trying to order my Hot Cheeto corn dog. Just a weird vibe all together but the food was good! Loose the office in the dining room and it would be a 5 star

We came in for a treat and Tim was wonderful taking care of us, along with the bright smile from the young lady who brought us our order 🤗 Korean corn dogs, mochi donuts and boba milk teas were delicious!! Thank you!! 😊

You've ruined me. I can't look at any other regular doughnut again. Once you've eaten this you can't go back. It's just that different, better in every way. Give this to people you actually care about.

Where do I start... The donuts are some of the best l've ever had! I loved the texture and different flavors. They said they change every week so l'll have to come in weekly (LOL) The Korean corn dogs - HEAVENLY. I've seen them all over social media and I've wanted to try them out and they lived up to my expectations. I got a Potato half and half, Hot Cheeto half and half, and an Elote Mozzarella. Delicious!!! I also tried the Mango boba drink. The girl at checkout convinced me and oh boy she was right and thank you! I’m curious to try more of the drinks as I was torn on a few of them. The staff was very friendly and made the experience that much more enjoyable. Very fun atmosphere in there. Unfortunate for my stomach I will be back many more times ??

I never leave reviews but today was the first time I tried this place, I was really looking forward to it as it opened a few months ago…with that said I got a regular dog, a hot Cheeto half/half dog, a cool ranch half/half dog, all six donuts available, and a strawberry boba milk tea. Presentation was awesome, very unique. The service was nice, I liked the simplicity of ordering on the touch screen and the employee working was super sweet, with great conversation. I was the only one in the store when I was there. My milk tea was beautiful, tasted great and the cool ranch dog was tasty. The other two dogs were for my husband and I got each flavor donut to try. The donuts were excellent, the perfect mochi texture and the flavors were spot on. The ONLY reason I’m giving a 1 star is because I got violently sick, not sure if it was the dog, the milk tea, or the donuts but I definently got food poisoning and I hope this review only helps so others don’t get sick, something was not as fresh as they say and hopefully this can make the owners more aware of their products and makes sure everything is as advertised. We had to throw out $50 worth of delicious food which was so sad and disappointing.

I used to have a five star review but this place went downhill and I heard that an employee was not being treated right. The donuts aren’t that good. I would rather drive all the way to dochinut in Orlando.

Yuck!!! There was long hair inside my doughnuts! They were also a bit raw tasted like raw eggs.

Absolutely amazing place. Donuts are awesome.

Sidenote: it seems people don't understand that these donuts are supposed to have a little more chewy consistency. It's not bad or hard at all, it's just more dough-y . If you expect to get normal donuts go to Dunkin. If you want something special, come here.

The corn dog is not consistently good. The first time I ordered it was delicious. A week later the cheese was missing and I did not realize until I got home. I think all staff need to be trained on food preparation. It's a hit or miss, depending on who prepares it.
