We’ve never had a bad meal here. Do yourself a favor and get the country fried steak and split a bottle of mimosas🥰

This is probably hands down one of the best breakfast places I’ve been too. The country fried steak eggs Benedict was delicious. It was huge too. They make their own cubed steak and hand bread it. Definitely worth the price. If you haven’t made a trip here yet, you are seriously missing out.

I LOVE this little breakfast spot! They have THE BEST Eggs Benedict! Their homemade muffins are heavenly! Service is always top notch! Whether you’re there during breakfast rush or you’re the only one in the restaurant, service is great, food delivery is quick, and it always tastes delicious! Best breakfast place in town! I work at a hotel down on Pineda and when guest ask about breakfast places, since we don’t have continental breakfast, I ALWAYS send them down US 1 straight to The Mulberry Lane Cafe!

Delightful cafe with awesome breakfast and brunch menu, and friendly service! The selection of Benedicts is massive and it was hard to decide. Went with the Greek Benedict and was happy I did! Muffin toasted perfectly and poached eggs also cooked to perfection, tasty toppings. Kids got pancake and waffle combos that were huge and also perfectly cooked. Will be back!

This is a very pleasant restaurant to eat at. A clean establishment with servers dress well. The location on US-1 is normally out of circle of breakfast restaurants we visit, but we had an enjoyable meal.

Got eggs that had dirt on the cheese. Was given bacon that was nearly creamated....to think someone recommended this place. The waitress did nothing to attempt to change my First and Last visit here....don't worry I will be sure to tell friends and strangers alike.

Quirky, Dis-functional staff; NOT customer oriented! S L O W! Mediocre boring food; Reviews made me think this place would be great - but NOT A CHANCE! Arrived at 11:30 on a Sunday and although they had numerous empty tables and plenty of staff - advised that the wait would be 20 to 25 minutes. No room to wait inside, so stood outside waiting the 20 minutes with numerous other folks. Most likely not properly staffed if there are many empty tables but still a 20 minute wait. Waited another 10 minutes for the quirky server who arrived confused and said "Oh, I didn't know you had your drinks" which seemed off since they have a girl dedicated to dispatching drinks and brewing & refilling coffee. Server acknowledged that we had drinks and drifted off and away to chat w/ her fellow server - not a care in the world that we were ready to order after our 30 minute wait. Another 15 minutes and the gross food arrived. Eggs Benedict - YUK! Chefs are too lazy to put English muffin into a toaster, so they plop it on the grill so it soaks up all the oil from everything else they cooked. It tasted disgusting AND was hard as a hockey puck. The eggs were NOT poached but lazily made over-easy. The home fry potatoes as a disgusting pile of cold moosh. Best part of the breakfast was the two grapes. Wife ordered the Monte Cristo which tasted bland and boring and came with coleslaw which was tasteless. Server never checked back w/ us - as she doesn't care. Seems all the staff wander around trying to look busy but not doing anything productive - which is probably why there are empty tables and 30 minute wait. I gave the server the tip she deserved - ZERO! Avoid this place - failed management, inept staff, long wait, boring food.

Food was great and so was the service. It wasn't overly crowded when we went. Parking might be a problem if all the businesses are crowded at the same time, you could end up having to walk a little.
