Be sure to try their crispy Homefries is too! I love all the windows and easy to access location. Restaurant was clean and has a slight nostalgic feel. Plenty of parking. Even have a meeting/party space. Nicely done!!!

Amazing!!! Great service and outstanding food from a veteran owned business. I had Biscuit’s and Garvey + eggs Benedict and my wife had the custard fresh fruit French toast. This will be my go to breakfast place every time I’m in the neighborhood.

Prepare to make room for breakfast that's fit for royalty at My Island Pancake House. Our family stopped by for brunch and planned for an 11am arrival on a Friday. It was not busy but was informed that the weekends can get very busy so reservations are highly encouraged. Our large group got seated and served quickly. The space is large and spacious with outdoor seating and a coastal/diner vibe. Pet friendly outdoor seating a big plus. Now on to the stars of the show. The word around town their pancakes are literally the size of an actual cake. I didn't believe it but with a warning like that it's best to think of sharing options. I decided on the big cake breakfast that comes with pancakes that you can add-on any specialty pancake of your choice. BestPancakesIn TownThick and super fluffyThis is surely a must stop when you're in Melbourne.

My friend and I heard this place was great for breakfast. The staff was friendly enough we ordered the pancakes and coffee. The coffee was so weak it tasted like brown water. The pancakes were too thick and didn’t taste that great. I ordered a side of grits that we’re swimming in butter. The waitress that brought out our pancakes forgot the butter and syrup. I wouldn’t waste my time or money on this place. Very pricey for lousy food!

The food was delicious and the huge cup of steaming coffee they give you will charge you up all day. Holly our server was lovely, she made great recommendations. We tried them all, and was not disappointed. This place is a “gotta” try!!

Food was good and service was even better! I asked for a omelette and when came out I saw that it was smaller than how it used to be and asked if they change owner or chief. She said because of inflation and all prices going up things may have to change then asked if I wanted another mini version on the house. Excellent service! Def deserved a 5 star for us.P.S the server name is Tina!
