My family and I have been coming to Nature’s Table for years. Yesterday, my family went here to order in person a meal to go and spent approximately $65 for the four of us including 4 wraps/sandwiches, 2 pastas, and 3 smoothies. When we arrived home, one of the wraps had 0 meat in it! As this is unacceptable, I went back up to Nature’s Table and politely told the two young ladies working the counter that there was an error with the wrap as it did not contain any meat and they apologized and said they would remake the sandwich. I asked them if there was anything they could do to compensate for me having the inconvenience of driving back up to the restaurant and losing time away for having lunch with my family…perhaps half of the cost of the sandwich or a coupon put back on my rewards account or anything, and they said the manager wasn’t there, BUT they would be able to call her on the phone and let me speak to her. Upon speaking with the manager, Anna in the store on their phone, she said she couldn’t do anything because I came up there and had them remake the sandwich and that was all that she could do. She seemed to not understand that it was very inconvenient for me to have to come all the way up to the store again to get my sandwich remade as they forgot to put on the meat that I paid for on a $9 wrap. In her mind, it seemed completely acceptable for a customer to have to go out of their way to come back up to the store for a remake, BUT the crazy thing is that she said if I would’ve just stayed home and called and complained then they would’ve issued a REFUND back to me! To me as a customer, this is beyond logical because if you were at any other restaurant and had a problem with your food, the manager would likely take your meal off of your ticket and issue a refund AS WELL AS make your food over again AND APOLOGIZE. I told the manager Anna that I was not happy with the solution so she said she would call me back today on November 3 after she spoke with her boss. I just received a call from Anna saying that she had talked with her boss, which she would not give me the name of her boss, apparently that’s a secret. The boss said that Nature’s Table does not give refunds because I drove from my house to get the sandwich remade and that should be sufficient. And for future reference, anybody should know that if you have a problem, when you get home with your food from Nature’s Table, just call up there and complain per Anna, but (from my prior experience just trying to place an order in the past,) good luck getting through to anybody because they don’t answer the phone. And if I would’ve actually called up there, they would’ve given me a refund on the food, but then I still wouldn’t have had the FULL RESOLUTION to my problem, which is receiving the food that I ordered so I could feed my family. I don’t know in what world of “the customer is always right” that this makes sense for Nature’s Table to have the customer either drive up there and get a sandwich remake or to have to stay home and call and complain to get a refund is that the OPTIMAL SOLUTION? But in talking on the phone with Anna today, she said that they’re just a “fast food” restaurant (her words, not mine) and I shouldn’t really have high expectations is the presumption she is basically giving me. So for anyone reading this, start equating Nature’s Table in your mind to another Wendy’s or McDonald’s because those are the standards Nature’s Table is holding themselves to, but keep in mind, if you had a problem with food at McDonald’s even they would give you a refund. All of this comes down to Customer Service. Nature’s Table made me as a customer feel like I did something wrong which I did not. I can assure you we will not be back there anytime soon. If you read any of the reviews that have been posted within the past several months, it seems like a lot of people have had problems with their orders being wrong and management does not seem to care.

I went in here and just wanted and quick bite to eat. I was standing at the counter and the 2 girls were too busy talking to each other about other employees and who they like and don't like working with. They looked at me a few times and didn't even acknowledge me. FINALLY when they did it seemed like I was a bother to her. It took her a long time to make a chicken ceaser wrap and also didn't give me the extra dressing that I asked for. While they were making it I was standing at a table and the place was so dirty I wouldn't even put my bag down. Also while making my food they started talking about other employees again loud enough to hear them and I thought that was very unprofessional. Their social life was more important than helping their customers. There was a gentleman that walked in and he had to wait to be helped too because they did the same thing to him. I really think kids now a days need to know how to pay attention to their customers and stop talking about people so that everyone else can hear. I know that everyone will talk, but the least they can do it do it when there are no customers in the lobby. Be better!!

I had the Turkey Club Wrap and it was loaded with turkey. The Texas petal sauce added a nice little kick. I opted for the jalapeño cheddar wrap, one of several choices available. The portion was more than worth the price. My wife had the Mediterranean chicken salad and she loved it. I would highly recommend you check them out for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Their smoothies are also great with tons of variety and options. The staff is very friendly.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a Caesar salad with avocado on the side and I didn’t get it. My salad today wasn’t even half way filled in the bowl. I’m a loyal customer and usually always have a great experience. It’s just frustrating when you order something and it doesn’t come as it should

It’s unfortunate that I love Nature’s Table because this location is so inconsistent. I order the same thing every time, but half the time, my requests are ignored. Plus, more often than not, the chicken on my salad is slimy & disturbing. I wish there was another location closer to me because Nature’s Table is great—just not this location.

They keep serving spoiled tuna salad. Second time we've been to get sandwiches only to get them home and find the tuna super metallic and turned.

I love this place. I miss having one in the Melbourne Mall. It was always my go to place to eat. Glad there is still 1 in Brevard County left.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from parking lot as it's on the corner of the plaza. They can definitely accommodate a wheelchair. Womans bathroom was large also could fit wheelchair in bathroom as well.

Food is good, but they can’t ever get online orders right! I can’t tell you how many times I have asked for crackers or very very light salad dressing on my wrap. They only do this about 30% of the time. I like the food, just wish they could pay attention to customers requests when they put in an online order. After all of this, I am expecting a refund. Especially since I just ordered through door dash which makes the order more expensive. Tried to call the business, no one answered lol. Where’s the customer service?

Messed up my entire order.. not happy! Called store and no answer multiple times. I expect a refund for the ignorance of not being able to read an order!

Kind of a letdown. The food itself was really good and fresh. But the service was not great. All the employees looked frazzled or confused. It took them 25 minutes to get out my acai bowl because they forgot. I would recommend going elsewhere
