Nitro Sushi Food Truck

I have been wanting to try this food truck since we moved to the area and never had a good opportunity. This past weekend, Nitro Sushi was at the Pepper concert and we decided to finally give it a try. My sushi-ritto was AMAZING!!! We will definitely be stopping by for another one next time we see the truck!!

Absolutely amazing food! Sushi is fresh, always! Their creativity is through the roof and they are always at the top of my list to eat at.

Absolutely delicious. The flavor is spot on and the tuna was fresh and melt in your mouth.

The food here was absolutely delicious and completely blew my expectations out of the water, Chris did an excellent job making these dishes come out perfect with an amazing appearance and even better taste. The Sushi Burger was huge and a masterpiece itself and the sushi roll here is better than most sushi restaurants I’ve ever tried. They most definitely has the most unique and creative sushi recipes I’ve ever seen, and for the price and the amount of food that comes out with the quality being so good is more than fair so I can definitely say I will be coming back again soon!

The food here is unique and absolutely delicious. If you have any questions, Shannon is your go-to person. Her top two recommendations were spot on and exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the ragoon flautas were phenomenal, bursting with flavor and originality. Every dish we tried was a delightful culinary experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely ? it's favorite food truck I try and find them at least once a week my favorite is the sushi burger but everything else I've tried I have really enjoyed as well

You absolutely have to chase the flavor! This is hands down my favorite food truck in Brevard. I always go for the Rangoon flautas, served with what I’m assuming is homemade sweet chili sauce. Don’t overlook the other homemade sauces, either! The fuego nachos are light and crispy, the customizable sushi burritos are a given that leave nothing to be said, and don’t forget the fruity pebble fried tempura cheesecake! I could talk about this truck for hours. I’m hoping they stick around for a long time in our area.

The family ate some dope stuff from Nitro Sushi Food Truck (pictures below??). I'm over here like can they make a Mitsuri rice pudding where it is sweet? ? like a guava ?(???)and maybe kiwi ?type of rice pudding dessert ? ??‍♀️

Food was delicious and didn't take a long time and I will be coming back again ?

Nitro worked a large event for me in Melbourne and did absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!
