Nitro Sushi Food Truck

The food was subpar at best and the service was slow. Tastes like bar food and is not worth the money. Save your cash and go somewhere else…

I have to say, this food truck is a real winner! We tried the chicken wings and Rangoon spring rolls which were both delicious. The service was fast and friendly! Great job!!

Our first time at Nitro Sushi, Merritt Island. We had the Ragoon Flautas 5-Stars definitely recommend. Tried the kitchen wings 4-Stars not spicy. The Agave Tajin is definitely a go to. 5-Stars. Fir mains we tried the Smash burger Tacos (5-Stats must try. ) and the Sushi Taco with firey cheetos (3.5 Stars) will leave the cheerios off next time, don't add to the flavor. We finished if with the Margarita Keylime pie 5☆s must,must try.
This restaurant should be packed at all times. Atmosphere, service, food and price are excellent.

Seven hosted us to an amazing journey within this extensive and intriguing menu! We will be back and continue to support such a great restaurant!

We tried Nitro for the first time on 2/13/25 and it exceeded our expectations and left us with no choice but to rave about it here.
First, our server - Shyla- was so caring, attentive, and willing to go over and above what a typical server does. Ask for her if you go!
Secondly, Chef was out helping deliver food, and was so warm and friendly, all the while cooking and leading a kitchen team to prepare some of the most unique, mouth-watering foods we have ever experienced!
The appetizer we got was called Rangoon Flautas - it was the perfect combination of light, airy, crispy, creamy, savory, and sweet! You’ve never had a crab Rangoon dish quite like this one!

Our entrees and sides were just as delicious! They have so many unique approaches and everything feels like a wonderful combination of adventurous and comforting all at the same time!

We will be back, and we thank you, Chef JL and your team for the outstanding dining experience!

Great restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing. The hostess Eris was so sweet and she recommended the dynamite fries and they were absolutely delicious.

I'll be posting a thorough review here. I ordered myself delivery via UberEats app, and got the Lettuce Wrap platter and Korean BBQ wings. I'd never thought I would ever find a restaurant with so many cultural fusions to have an actual KBBQ lettuce wrap on their menu and I was sooooooo excited.

I'd like to kindly thank the owner for making this an actual item that I can order. The marinated steak was to die for! And I love the portions that were given! The only thing I wish is that there were more romaine lettuce leaves for how much of everything you're given but overall 10/10!

As for the KBBQ Wings, I'm in love with them and I do recommend for anyone looking for a good wing spot to go here. It's not easy to find a place that serves great Korean styled wings. I moved here from California where I had a go to KBBQ place that had the same type of wings, but Nitro made it better! Thank you for making my experience wonderful! 10/10

I have been enjoying nitro sushi since it was a 1 man operation out of a bar kitchen a few nights a week and I can not express how amazing it has always been. Always outside of the box and never disappointing. Food is always fresh, filling, and just hands down incredible. So happy to see them in a full restaurant. Big props JL.

food was a great price with large portions and good quality, got the birria ramen which had a very large portions of noodles and tender juicy meat that tastes exactly like birria from a traditional mexican restaurant. the sushi donut was also very tasty with a good portion. Nitro Sushi NEVER disappoints. I have been coming since the food truck days & I couldn’t be more proud of JL, the owner to officially have his own restaurant. The food is top notch and serving portions exceed expectation. Nitro burger and fuego nachos are my favorite. If you don’t like sushi, don’t worry there are many other options to choose from! Come check Nitro out!!! You won’t regret it.

I have been wanting to try this food truck since we moved to the area and never had a good opportunity. This past weekend, Nitro Sushi was at the Pepper concert and we decided to finally give it a try. My sushi-ritto was AMAZING!!! We will definitely be stopping by for another one next time we see the truck!!
