Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Chef Pebbles at Olympia Cafe Melbourne, a cozy, welcoming spot that feels like stepping into someone’s home kitchen — filled with warmth, laughter, and the aroma of incredible food.
While photographing her menu, she served me one of the best #GyroSandwiches I’ve ever had — tender, flavorful, and layered with the kind of freshness that only comes from a chef who truly cares about her craft.

Stopped by Olympia Café and really enjoyed it! The Greek salad was super fresh and flavorful. The steak and cheese sub was made to order. Staff were very welcoming and made me feel right at home. Great spot if you’re looking for good food and a well maintained restaurant in Melbourne. I’ll definitely be back.
First time guest with company of a dozen. The service was extremely great. We were treated so well as we waited for rest of company to arrive. they offered a complimentary appetizer and drink as we waited. Everything was served fresh and food was delicious. They closed early yet they waited and kept the doors open just for us. The whole place was to ourselves and kids had a blast! They treated us so well and at the end they even gave a surprised birthday cake with background...
