We arrived at 2:30 and left at 3:40 with only eating bread and salad. It was only just starting to get busy upon leaving. No apology, nothing. I asked to pay for our salad and drinks. You would think they would’ve checked to see what was going on with our food….manager said don’t worry about paying for the salad and drinks. Felt really dismissed. Never again will we go to this location.

It's outback steakhouse and what else can you say. It was a good cheeseburger. My mom even tried the bunless version and she was very very pleased. Give them a try if you've never been before. I hadn't been there in over 10 years. Will I go back? Maybe it might be another 10 years. It might be only 10 days. Service wise was impeccable. If you get lucky and have the opportunity of service by Rudy, he is absolutely fantastic. Full of excitement and energy. And really cares about the people he is serving.

I went on 10/31/2025 and was extremely disappointed.
It was about 40-50% capacity with lots of tables opened.
I ordered the brockhampton ribeye with a side of mashed potatoes and baked potato soup.
Our food took a long time to deliver but I was still fine with it.
When our food came, I was provided a loaded baked potato instead of the soup. I questioned it and the waiter told me I ordered the baked potato and I had to repeat that I did not order it.
My partner did not even get his mashed potatoes either.
My “medium steak” was sooo well done but at this point I was so hungry of waiting and frustrated that my meal was wrong.
Then we were tipping the waiter started saying how she had a long day and making us feel bad for her mistakes. She also smelled liked cigarettes like if she was smoking in between breaks.
Overall, I really wish I didn’t come to Outback. Just please go to Texas Roadhouse. Bread is better, food is better, prices are better, service is better.

I had my first Porterhouse steak and it was absolutely perfect. My wife had an 8oz sirloin and she enjoyed her as well. Our server Jenni was awesome. She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. Will definitely return.
We had such a good experience our last outing and we had not had a steak in months we decided to be returning patrons to Outback. I ordered the 11oz center cut sirloin and my wife had the chimichurri steak. Both meals we outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Thank you guys at Outback for making our dinners memorable

Love this outback, attentive staff and management. My one gripe is the size of the potatoes compared to other chain steak houses, but that's not their fault. Overall, favorite Outback around! Love the constant changes, it seems like there's always something new.
Fix the take away staff for nights. I have been coming here for years and no one ever is by the door close to closing so you sit and wait for over 15 - 20 minutes just for an acknowledgment. Olive Garden, Long Horn, and Carrabba’s have it together you need to network
