When is the last time your meal was comped for a kitchen mix up? for me last night the kitchen lost our order from what i gathered( they were also packed) and the assistant manager came over and took care of the meal. The food tasted great but i was just blown away by the way we were treated. We tipped the server and left. Thank you!

Rudy and the gentleman he was training absolutely went above and beyond during our visit to Outback. Rudy was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It was also great to see how patient and thorough he was while training — you can tell he truly cares about great service and setting a good example. The gentleman he was training did a wonderful job as well and was very kind and attentive.
Management also deserves recognition for running such a great team and making sure guests feel welcomed and taken care of. The entire experience was excellent and it really stood out. We will definitely be back!

I got the 6 oz sirloin and Alice Springs chicken, which came with a HUGE loaded baked 🥔 potato. It was bigger than the 2 meats! Everything was delicious and thev service was great. My only complaint was that the music was playing too loud.
