The moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that immediately brightened my day. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping customers—her positivity is contagious and her energy brings such a welcoming atmosphere to the restaurant.
Eden took my order with patience and enthusiasm, making sure everything was prepared just the way I wanted. She goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued. The food she served was fresh, hot, and delicious—honestly some of the best service I’ve had at any Panda Express.

Asked for a bigger plate of Beijing beef and was told the was only about 1.5 servings left should be 3 with that order would I like something else NOT if you give us 10 minutes we will have more. Thats the only thing I go there for. How can a “fast food restaurant “ not have enough food made up or in the process of doing so. They wait until they are out to make more? That has happened on more than one occasion so I guess I will have to start going to a place they actually have enough food to serve customers. Ridiculous!

New girl hired from another store beware. All rice no meat. Eaten here 50 plus times this girl has ruined it. 1 tiny spoon per serving.....🤨 Save your money go to golden wok at lake Washington instead. They like their customers and portions are huge and basically the same price.

I recently visited the Panda Express location during an incredibly busy period, and I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Eden and the employee working the grill. Despite a line stretching out the door and only two staff members managing the chaos, Eden remained a beacon of professionalism and composure behind the counter. Handling each customer with remarkable efficiency, grace, and a genuine smile, Eden turned what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one for everyone in line. Their ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor was truly inspiring and a testament to outstanding customer service. Equally impressive was the employee holding down the grill, working tirelessly to keep the food coming despite the overwhelming demand. Together, Eden and their colleague demonstrated incredible teamwork, dedication, and work ethic, ensuring every customer left satisfied. I have never witnessed such a dynamic duo handle such a challenging situation with such poise and professionalism. Panda Express is lucky to have these two exceptional individuals on their team, and they deserve the highest recognition for their efforts.
