Very disappointed with the last two visits to this location. Both times I placed an in-line order and both times I was missing something that was ordered. Both times I have ordered a bagel with butter. Neither time did I get butter. Before I realized it I was at work 40 minutes from that store. We did an online order this evening for dinner and curbside pick up. When we got home we found a sandwich, the only sandwich of the order, missing from our bag. My husband went right back with the receipt and spoke to a woman who identified herself as the manager. She walked away without a word and spoke with an employee and then returned with a bag of food to my husband, again without a word.
