My grandson and I come to this Panera restaurant at least once a week, sometimes twice. I usually get the pick two and he gets a bowl of macaroni and cheese. We also buy beverages and bakery items. I prefer to have my chicken for my salad on the side and today they gave me just enough chicken to fill a soufflé cup. Next week. I will go to a different Panera Bread restaurant and write another review because this has never happened. My order total was over $31. I usually get a much larger portion of chicken

This location is smaller than my usual Panera but it was quaint and casual and even though it was fairly busy around lunch time it was still not loud inside. The food was made perfectly to order and the staff were friendly.

By far the best Panera I have been to. The food is amazing and even at the busiest times, the wait is not long. The employees are on point with customer service. I just witnessed a young man tell an older lady that he would bring their order to the table for her and her friend. Every employee I have encountered here has that same customer service ethic. I usually am in here 1-2 times a week. 5 star all the way

Every time I come to study, Isiah is there. He always has such a great attitude and is efficient! Today he helped fix the drink machine mixers as soon as I told them they weren’t working.

Got the new French dip which I was very excited about. But it had a single layer of meat that did not completely cover my bread, It truly was absolutely delicious but it just needed more meat. I felt like I got full on just bread which is what I think they want.
I recently added the app and signed up for the sip club and it's been awesome. Well worth it. I love their Pomegranate Hibiscus tea and Blueberry Lavender lemonade.

When i walked in i was greeted with such warmth! The manager in charfe was isaiah and he was amazing!
