Panera Bread

I ordered bagels and cream cheese from you guys on uber and whoever packed my order did not pack the cream cheese. Very inconvenient considering I’m ordering delivery because I cannot leave my work. Thanks!

I’ll be honest this is not the best Panera I’ve ever been to. The food pickup area smells like a sweaty dirty bathroom. I’m afraid of what the kitchen looks like.

Haven’t been to one of these for awhile. I still like the way the place is designed. Keeps the noise down and gives you a warm cozy feeling.

I was sad that they didn’t have roast beef anymore. We opted for the cheesesteak and the French dip.

The onions on my cheesesteak ruined my sandwich. There is a such thing of too sweet.

My creamy rice soup had a bad taste. I think it went bad.

With those problems we still enjoyed what we could. We will give them another try.

Don’t go on a busy day. Over a hour to get food. Kitchen looked like a mess.

Typical panera food, ok. But this place is gross. It's run down and beat up. The ceiling is greasy Brown. Doesn't look like it's had a good cleaning in a long time.

Very fast food type experience. Avoid eating here if you don't like to eat plastics. Even the soup spoon was plastic and it was for hot liquid!! 🤢 This Panera was probably fine compared to other locations but I was really put off by all the unhealthy plastics. My salad came in a plastic clamshell and the dressing came in a plastic container. The utensils were all plastic. I had to mix up my salad myself with dressing in the plastic container by shaking it around in the plastic. The soup was in a bowl so why wasn't the salad? Thought I remembered that their food used to be on plates. I just don't want all these plastics in my body. The price was really low which was nice but I was really wanting more of an upscale experience from this visit.

What a dismal experience. Two employees on staff on a Saturday morning with zero manning the front counter to take orders. An iced coffee, iced tea, and a breakfast sandwich were $14 and the drinks were all a DIY variety, not even mixed by member of staff. Iced coffee was so bad we poured it and left. Walked around the plaza to Bold Cup Coffee where we were able to find a decent iced coffee. Congrats Panera, you’ve become the Blockbuster of the 21st century.

The best Panera I’ve been to in a LONG time! Employees were happy and fast. Bread was WARM!! crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

It’s rare to find a Panera with good bread, but this one had it.

Don’t go unless you want to watch the employees chat, while you wait 20 minutes for your order.

Horribly slow service!! They seem to intentionally make certain people wait. Long period of time on purpose.

I have been going to this location for years. It's one of my daughter's favorite places for the soup. Unfortunately this place has gone down drastically! The soup is Barley warm and what happened to the warm bread? Who wants cold hard bread? Also the cleanliness of this location is not good. The seats on the booths need to be cleaned soo bad! Also the women's bathroom is falling apart. For the prices we pay and the small portions that are received we shouldn't be any issues with the things I've metioned.
Upper management really needs to address these issues!
