Rude employee said,"no we aren't resetting modem", "I'll let management know".More and more reasons Panera is turning to trash. Spend your money elsewhere. It takes 30 seconds to reset a modem. Might explain why their systems always crash.

I ordered bagel cinnamon crunch bagel and the girl handed to me cold.Didn’t ask me if I like it toast it. When I went back in she told me no she can’t warm it up.So I end up leaving to go home and warm it up myself.

Stopped by at 11:10 am on a Saturday, and they were out most all bagels! This is supposed to be a bakery- that is a little early on a weekend to not have inventory to purchase. Maybe plan a little better and know your customer needs.

Ordering was quick and so was our food. I got you pick two with autumn squash soup and broccoli cheese soup. My boyfriend got the chicken BLT type sandwich and a southwest Caesar salad. It was quick and fresh and tasty! We had to wipe outside table we sat at but besides that the place looked pretty clean.

CAUTION! Toilets are backing up. I have been here multiple times and the toilets in the bathroom back up onto the ground. They are aware and won't fix it. Caution when eating here, if they can't be bothered to fix toilets they aren't bothered to be clean when preparing your food.
The costumer service in this place seems very non-existent, I came around 7:45 pm to pick up an order online and there was no hi welcome or any greeting whatsoever, then I got sent to the counter to the right side to “show them” my order on my phone to the people on the right side, I show them, they seem like they have no clue where my order is I thought for a sec they didn’t make it I said well I can wait another 15 min sure… but they just had no idea where it was until they found it. Not a thank you not a bye not a single word. Idk. Very very weird. Not good enough for the reputation Panera has.

I had a great experience at this Panera. Judy created us with a warm welcome. The wife and I trying Panera for the 1st time, we enjoined everthing from entering to existing. I would recommend this place and if your lucky to see Judy, tell her hello. The food was well made. Our service was above super.We will be back Ms, Judy. ?

"Feels like you are eating in an old Wendy's"The service and food are solid, has been for years. The problem with this location is the interior is way way way past due for an uplift. The booths are in rough shape. Some of them you are sitting directly on wood (no cushion), some are cushion only and you sink right in. The carpet is gross. The walls show signs of old stains, old decor and a lack of care. The bathrooms are ick.Time to gut it and redesign the seating area to be less of a cluster. The prices are way too expensive to sit in what feels like an old Wendy's
