The food selections are not the best, but there is always a variety. I suspect it is perfectly suited for the college students it services! I really appreciate that they use NO single use plastics, not even for carry out food! Kudos to them!!

Was on a college visit with my son at Florida Tech and I thought the food at PDH was very good and there was a huge variety. The dining hall was clean and well-stocked. Food is an important issue for students and PDH will satisfy all of their food needs.

My wife and I have been enjoying dining at Panther Hall periodically for the past couple of years. I'm vegetarian and she's pescatarian and we find plenty to eat. They have daily vegan options and usually have a vegetarian soup option along with the salad bar. We usually have the option to order a plant based burger, too. There's also a choice of desserts. My wife was more picky to begin with but she often finds that the food is very good there. I find it's a treat. Along with everything else, the dining hall itself and the Florida tech campus is cheerful

Like most fast food resturant, Florida Tech Dining Hall is more about quantity over quality with most of the foods. I can understand the fact of serving over thousands of students during peak hours, but the quality of the foods just goes down.Sometimes, they will serve a good breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and other times, they will "serve" this: ??‍♂️ (probably add more concerning photos in the future)The salad bar is a bit concering with the dressings being mixed with each other because of students mistakes and the greens that they put out to eat is already brown. Also, the grill area is a great example of the "quantity over quality" by the fact that in non-peak hours, a chef (disclosing their apperance) will sometimes forget my orders and give the people behind me their orders first. I can understand the forgetness but I been waiting more than 15 minutes. (Students will "steal" your food if you don't come back in time for it if the student and you order the same thing.)(But I will say that it is very frustaing that in the beginning of the school year, they made the best tasting cheesy grits EVER with shrimp. NOW ITS SO BAD THAT I CANT EVEN EAT IT LIKE OH MY GOD. AND THEY DID IT THREE TIMES IN A ROW)

Excellent dining hall with great food and many different options. The international dishes add even more variety. The made to order options could be a little more efficient though.

Nice student buffet cafeteria style dining on campus. Lunch meals includes spaghetti, pizza, soup, salad bar, desserts, vegetarian options and sandwiches. Very crowded at lunch with students. Menu changes a little but was told it stays close to same with a few variables. Today's meats featured bake fish and baked chicken, both nice. Cook making burgers, hotdogs and nuggets etc. I will return!

The only good things they have are rarely there. Food always has hair in it and the meats are often undercooked. A lot of my friends have gotten food poisoning from here and so have I. Their breakfast is the only good thing.

$9lunch $10dinner for flex credit for students$11 $14 for credit cardNot really good for quality since it's cafeteria food. But not bad for a school dining hall buffet. They pretty much come with the same food every week.

It is a college cafeteria. The food is superb for the massive amounts of people they serve. The staff is amazing and always willing to help.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian and vegan options clearly labeled.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy roll thru doors and staff are always happy to help with your needs.Dietary restrictions: They are very conscious of allergies. They have items listed as to what they contain. Peanuts are clearly labeled.

Go Panthers. We have been attending the International dinner series since 2016. It is not only a delightful dinner experience, but also a wonderful way for the various cultures attending the institution to showcase their heritage. We missed it during CoVid and its return on September 21, 2022 showcased how important an event is to the community. We arrived at 5:30 to a line of about 50 students and non-students, like us, to experience a taste of Delhi, India. When we left , about an hour later, there was still a line. The wait was about 15 minutes to get to the cafeteria serving line, where the food was hot and aromatic. From butter chicken, aloo gobi, lamb biryani, and naan our taste buds were tingling. There's plenty of seating. The students are very considerate of our senior, slower paced presence in their chaotic flow and fast pace. The dining hall maintains their normal menu during this event, pizza, burgers, subs, but also rotisserie chicken, meatloaf, mashed potatoes and numerous vegetable, salad, and dessert choices. There is a dessert specific to the international menu and for India that is gulab jamun. A favorite of mine, it is a milk solids and flour small fried ball soaked in a sweet liquid container saffron and cardamom. All of the foods at the dining hall are also available to the public attending the International dinner.I heartily recommended attending the series, which will next go to Mexico on 11/2, England on 2/1/23, and finally stop at Thailand on 3/8/23. They also have a great Mother's Day brunch.Go Panthers!Vegetarian options: All you could want.Parking: Parking is limited with only 4 handicap spots directly out front of the dining hall entrance. There is a parking garage around the corner, a short walk from the entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible.

My son has food allergies and the head chef came out personally to talk to us, then went and checked ingredients for everything that went into what my son wanted to eat. Fabulous food and even better service!
