Staying at the Crown Plaza. Went to order a pizza. Placed our order. All my husband had was $100. She would not take our money. So we went down the road and had the very best pizza of our lives!! It was fantastic !! A Bizzarro pizza!!! They were happy to take our cash!! Can’t believe a competitive business like the pizza biz refuse’s customers!!! Just want to thank the young lady at the counter for turning us away. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Good bye Papa John’s!!!! Never ever again!!!

Hey everybody I don't usually leave negative reviews but I feel like anyone in the indialantic area should hear this experience. I go to Papa John's a lot and they continuously change the price of the same exact Pizza that I get every time mind you I pick it up. My mother-in-law just went to get the same order we always get and they charged her three times as much as normal. The staff is extremely rude confrontational and obviously not interested in doing their job or using any customer service it's unfortunate because you never know when somebody has had a long day and all they need is a little bit of pizza and a smile and no lying or haggling. I do believe someone needs to go to that store and retrain the employees I'vmanaged in restaurants for 25 years and it looks like a transformation needs to happen. They close at 11:00 and one evening I arrived at 10:30 to order a pepperoni pizza to go and they refused service because they closed in 30 minutes and after that they followed me to my car and an altercation followed I quickly got in my car and left because the employee seemed very aggressive and I was concerned about my safety. Lost lot of customers, this is a small community and we do share information with our neighbor so please fix it or close it down.

This place was AMAZING, theres a guy named eric he is so nice like he delivers our pizza to the car and when i order pepperoni theres so much pepperoni that i get it every week on friday so if you see a guy named eric give him a compliment and he lived in a alley way so my grandma gave him clothes and he was so thankful. order a pizza from eric.
