The end of August pizza from papa John’s West Melbourne was ordered. told to spin the wheel to win a prize, won a free pizza, handed it to them and they said I had to use it next time ordered, it expired in just a few days, manager said oh it will still be good later it doesn’t expire. tried to use it today and they said the manager lied to me and I couldn’t use it; talked with her for a while and she said we will make the pizza it is fine just come in. Went there and they tried to charge me half price and told her before, wasn’t coming in unless they honored the free pizza. Now this other manger had lied to me too. Well, they can keep that pizza , going to get food elsewhere Oh and they tried keeping my coupon. Nope

I really love this pizza . But I’m a DoorDasher and just saw a guys/employess making pizza without gloves and when he puts toppings on the pizza he keeps touching his nose. Than he wipes a hand on his jeans and continue put more toppings . That’s crazy !! That’s a big no no guys !! I hat kind a managemnt is that ? Look at the cameras Make sure your employees where gloves at all times . I don’t want his boogers or sweat on our pizzas . Thanks

Came to pick my order up. The girl is on the phone dealing with a customer. And the kid in the back is on his phone. The pizzas sat out so they were cold. Now I have to sit here and wait another 15 minutes for them to be done. I guess being on your phone is more important than doing your job in 2025.

Very disappointed with the quality of customer service at this location. Now, before i explain my experience, i would like to let everyone know before reading this that i am a server and have worked in the food and customer service industry since i was 16! I’ve worked fast food, diners, restaurants, family owned and cooperate. Ive even worked for retail stores like Target, and for HULU as a customer experience advocate and i was damn good at all my jobs. I strive for quality and excellence! I called to make an order for delivery and the person taking the order, who is apparently a manager, didn’t even understand what i was asking for. It seemed to me like she didn’t know the menu or the system because she kept saying “let’s see here”. She didn’t even manage to ask me additional questions to make sure she was making the order accurate and her tone with me was like “are you stupid?”. So, instead of a gluten free pizza with pineapple and bacon with the regular tomato sauce, i got it with BBQ sauce. When i called the store to get it sorted out a gentleman answered and sounded nice at first but then interrupted me and then had the audacity to tell ME to let HIM speak. He then proceeded to tell me “hold on hold on hold on” and then grabbed someone else to speak with me. Now, i can’t say for sure why he grabbed this other lady, but it felt like he just didn’t want to deal with me. All i wanted was to feel heard and get my order corrected. Now the final person i spoke with, a lady, didn’t sound too nice either but at least she got my order remade and delivered to me which was the least they could do. But none of the people i spoke with were very professional sounding and i would’ve enjoyed to have been spoken to more respectfully and have been satisfied the first time around with my order and the ordering process. Quality customer service really isn’t that hard but this location makes it seem like rocket science.

Quickest pizza delivery I've ever received in my life. Less than 30 min flat. ✨️ Delicious! Hot fresh quick. Definitely recommend this location!!
Everytime I get some poppers or now called boneless wings I always have a great post workout meal fit for a king highly recommend staff are nice aswell

We ordered the family deal. Both pizzas had good amount of toppings, tasted wonderful! Our delivery driver was from doordash ( due to high delivery volume) sacia got our address right, alot of them don't, and was very friendly.

Ordered delivery yesterday. Our pizza arrived almost raw. Could literally scoop raw dough from it. We will not be ordering from here again
