Cold food, took over 50 minutes for delivery because they're now using door dash. Sent door dash for cash delivery, they had no change. Just sad, we used to love Papa John's.

Wow. Been awhile since I ordered Papa John's. It has really gone downhill. I ended up with a cold pizza that had hardly any toppings and was delivered by DoorDash--despite ordering from the Papa John's website. That will be the last time I ever order a pizza from Papa John's.

Don’t get meatball pizza. They slice the meatballs in half and stick them cut side down in the middle of the slice. Unappetizing look and not tasty. Never again.

I'm a doordash Dasher and the female employee helping me actually had a smile on her face and got me out of there quickly with hot food for me to deliver to the customer.

More a review of the website than the food. Specifically picked the Super Hawaiian pizza, specifically picked an "epic stuffed crust" and ended up with a barbecue chicken Hawaiian not stuffed crust. The receipt shows what we received, so not the restaurant's fault, but that is NOT what we chose when we ordered.
