Mykela was very sweet and called me to tell me they are remaking my pizza even though I was late, very chill staff and mykela had excellent customer service!

The papadia had very little ingredients on it for one thing the garlic knots had enough sodium to get 50 people a stroke

I called over a mixup on me giving the wrong delivery address and they broke their necks trying to make it right even though it was my fault. Very helpful people.

In store 488 on Wickham in Walmart plaza I was really in the mood for a pizza walked in and whoever was working the counter she had no smile and said what do you want when I requested a smile she goes. This is me smiling so I told her well thank you and I left. Went next door to Jersey Mike's got a sub. Went back in to Papa John's to ask where the store number and she starts yelling at me and then when I left she walked next door into Jersey Mike's and proceeded to yell at her. This is the date August 30th so whoever your manager is or whoever the girl was. She had glasses and an attitude like I've never seen. It was very unprofessional for her to do what she did and I just wanted to let somebody know I've never responded with a bad review before but it was extremely upsetting because I really wanted pizza. Thank you

I come here all the time to pick up deliveries and they are always so great, but whoever the big girl with glasses and dark hair is, is SO RUDE!!! She asked what I wanted and I told her the name and she walked away and responded to me. I asked her what she said since I couldn't hear her and she yelled it back to me like I was an inconvenience!!! She then asked the driver next to me if she wanted a free drink but didn't ask if I wanted one. I'm assuming it was an attempt to upset me🤷‍♀️. Never seen someone so rude!!!

Pizza was really good! It was delivered 20 minutes earlier than the given window, which would usually be okay but we weren't home yet. The sauce order was not accurate. That's frustrating since you have to pay extra for those. We were also pretty sketched out by the look of that pepperoncini. It looks like a bite was straight taken out of it.

Cold food, took over 50 minutes for delivery because they're now using door dash. Sent door dash for cash delivery, they had no change. Just sad, we used to love Papa John's.

Wow. Been awhile since I ordered Papa John's. It has really gone downhill. I ended up with a cold pizza that had hardly any toppings and was delivered by DoorDash--despite ordering from the Papa John's website. That will be the last time I ever order a pizza from Papa John's.

For me Papa John's Pizza is very bland. The Garlic butter they provide is the only flavor you will get.

Don’t get meatball pizza. They slice the meatballs in half and stick them cut side down in the middle of the slice. Unappetizing look and not tasty. Never again.
