This is a reliable source of fresh meats and great side dishes and wine! You won't have to shop a long time, every item is easily accessible and it's affordable price makes this market an excellent choice!! Great service. It's very clean and inviting. I wish they still had the complimentary beer while shopping. It's a fun stop.

Its a little pricier than other grocery stores in the area, but the quality of the food is well worth the cost. If they have what I want in stock, I never buy my meats any other place.

Just read they are going out of business. I sadly say... good riddance! We really need a decent meat market in this town.Petty's was here for decades. Used to be a great place. Always went there with my Dad when visiting at Christmas.The last 2 times I was in their store, months ago, they were out of one item I went there for (Italian sausage) & the staff was downright surly. The person at the butcher counter apparently objected to me trying to shop there, especially while wearing a mask? Where was his mask? He was handling raw meat!?The quality & selection of everything had declined. Two years ago we ordered Thanksgiving dinners from there. Everything was so over-salted that we threw most of it away!!!!

WOW !! You are still in business ! Awesome ! I use to Meat Shop there when I was at F.I.T. in 1984 !!! I was 19 then... I'm 57 now ! It's been a while. You use to keep a Keg of Beer in the Store, that you could tap a cold one while you shopped for whatever you needed. I STILL REMEMBER YOU. Always 5 STARS from Me !!!

Petty's Meat Market is a small town Market with friendly customers service and great aromas! ? that hit your senses soon as you walk in great meat selection I walk out with some sausage and a pork chop and bacon ? so If you are looking for that home town feeling Petty's is for you they also have the infamous chuck eye I heard that is hard to find ? byeeee!

I used to love Petty's when they were at the old location. I have tried to make the new one work on several occasions, but the staff (for the most part) are rude and arrogant. Please shop here if you appreciate condescension and all around rude behavior towards customers. Or, if you like apologizing for spending money at a local store to support them. The older guy behind the deli counter is a special delight when he asks: "what do ya want?!" Well, we're not at a cheesesteak restaurant in Philadelphia, so not your attitude.In general, meats have always been good... The staff.... Up to you to decide. Do whatever you want as a free American.
