I was incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Pineapple's. This used to be a reliable spot, but my last visit was a complete letdown. The food was absolutely lousy; it tasted nothing like the quality we come to expect and clearly wasn't prepared with any care. To make matters worse, the manager, Manny, was a complete jerk. His attitude was rude and nasty when we tried to politely mention the poor quality of the meal. My wife and I didn't matter, we have a ton of customers attitude, so what if we lose one. A manager should be addressing customer concerns with professionalism, not hostility. Given the terrible food and the awful service from management (not leadership because clearly, he had none), we will not be returning to Pineapple's.

She didn’t even introduce herself so I just thought maybe she was getting our drinks but I was wrong, did not check on us once. Would still go back and recommend checking out.

I was excited to take my Mother and my friend that just moved beachside to Pineapples for lunch. Lovely day and terrace seating was the goal with the beautiful views. Initially, the hostess a young lady.. stated that the terrace was at full capacity and directed us to go downstairs. I was disappointed.. but was ready to comply. Manny... must have eyed the conversation from across the room... and quickly approached our party and offered terrace seating... but it would take him just a moment to set up a table.. He did... almost the best seat in the house... corner table placement with views of the river and under the shade... perfect! I really appreciated his extra effort in making the lunch special. Manny proceeded to even wait on our table... he did an excellent job.. checking on us and expediting service with a smile! Very pleased! Manny is a star employee !!

Very nice place. Great atmosphere and view from rooftop. Service was a bit slow on two separate visits especially refills on water, we were told there was only one water pitcher for lower level, two for the rooftop. People were great, appetizers were great. I was a bit disappointed with the Ribeye steak. Other 5 people in our party were very happy with there Entrees: Lobster Mac&Cheese, Burger with Tots and Salmon great! Prices were good. I would definitely visit again.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Every single dish that came out was disappointing and undercooked. The food was practically raw, completely inedible, and tasted like it hadn’t even been seasoned. It’s honestly shocking that a restaurant would serve food like this.
The presentation was sloppy, the service was indifferent, and when I mentioned that my food wasn’t cooked properly, the staff barely seemed to care. I left hungry and frustrated — definitely not worth the time or money.
I ordered the Blue Cheese Marinated Steak salad at Pineapples and was not disappointed. The steak was perfect and the salad overall had great flavor. The portion size was average, but I ordered double steak for an $8 up charge. The price was a little on the steeper side sitting at $24 plus the $8 for extra steak, but it's definitely one of the best steaks in the area. I sat on the outside patio after the Monday night run club and was not let down by the fall Florida weather. It's important to note, that anyone that participates with the run club gets bogo all night on their drinks, so that offsets some of the food price if you plan to have drinks. The atmosphere is exactly what I wanted with the people, weather, great bartenders, and good food. The outside patio lights can be a little harsh, but that's easily overlooked.
If I was to rate my experience, then I would give the following: - Food: 10/10 - Service: 10/10 - Food Price: 9/10 - Drink Price: 10/10 - Atmosphere: 9.5/10 - Overall Experience: 9.5/10

This place is hit and miss.... the food is great. But the service I've gotten everytime, I may as well just do carry out only. If you come looking like an Instagram model you'll Def get their attention. I went on January 7th sat on the 3rd floor. I was told to find a table and if it was dirty to call them over (that in itself is ridiculous) after we found the cleanest table (there were 2 of us) we watched 3 groups of people get seated and given menus... we had nothing at this point... those people got their drinks and orders taken Noone had greeted us yet.... (Bruce walks by and I notice that he notices we haven't been greeted yet). All the people that got seated after us now have their food we don't even have drinks. We get our drinks. 2 of the groups of people paid their bill and have left. The last group is getting their bill now. MInd you their is 3 tables that were put together I guess for a party that was next to us the whole time that was filled with dirty plates cups napkins etc. I'm sure you can pull this up on camera no bs here. We get our food only take a few bites and ask for boxes to go. I was already upset with the whole experience. We left a cash tip. My debit card was charged the bill and the tip but we left cash. I called to try to get it fixed the next day. The lady I spoke to said there were no managers there... I find that odd.. she then says she will relay it to a manager and they will contact me. It is now Jan 11... this happened on the 7th. The manager that contacted me (Janet) said she was just relayed this information. So i guess there havent been managers at pineapples sunday monday or tuesday. And I know how this is gonna go. Nothing will be done about this. I would urge others to visit other places for food and entertainment. The 1 star is for the kitchen. Everyone else there should probly be retrained.

Our server Bella is awesome. She gave great recommendations, was funny, and attentive. The burger and fries that I had were perfectly cooked and seasoned. We were a party of 3. The fish tacos, as well as the sliders were great. We all really enjoyed the food no complaints. You really can't beat the view from the 3rd level. We are all looking forward to going back.

Love the chicken poke bowl. Was fantastic.Nice serving size, plenty to eat. 4 different favors if you don't mix it all together. We love it here. Our bill reflects 4 beers each. Moderate noise, had to ask to have the third deck speakers turned on. And they didn't blast them. Was able to talk at a low voice with my sweetheart. Will keep coming back. In my opinion best quality of food for the dollar..
