DOORDASH rang the doorbell and dropped my order on the stoop and left. If I hadn't heard the doorbell it would have just sat there and even if I heard the doorbell, in the time it took to get there it could have attracted insects.

Almost always very rude employee working the cash register. They skimp on the toppings as if its made of gold. If you want normal cheese, get triple extra. Waited over 50 minutes for a pretty awful pizza. Save yourself the time and money and go to papa johns down the road.

Apparently, the call center took my order when I called the local number. The girl decided to give the driver whatever tip she felt like. Don't appreciate that at all!! You cannot just take money off my card whenever you want to. The pizza arrived a half hour after the time it was supposed to. The pizza was barely warm. The receipt said contact-less on it because that's what the call center put on it so the driver rang the buzzard and was getting ready to drive away with my pizza downstairs of the complex. NOT COOL!! I haven't ever had problems with this Pizza Hut before and don't appreciate it starting now.

Brad, the manager is simply horrible at his job. I can’t fathom what qualities he put on his resume to get it, but he most certainly doesn’t deserve it. The most rude and unprofessional worker i've ever spoken to in customer service.

The manager working on oct 28th 7pm, Brad, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I came here for an SCHEDULED interview and he made me wait an hour before letting me know that they’re “not hiring,” even though i asked why he would accept the interview and keep signs up saying highering urgently. To this he responded “I don’t know” and made no comments on how he absolutely wasted my time. After all of this, I decided to order a pizza before leaving since I already spent the last hour here (mistake). While ordering, he rolled his eyes at me while I was telling him my order and proceeded to give me an attitude.Mind you, throughout this whole experience I haven’t don’t anything rude or disrespectful to Brad. I didn’t even comment on how purposely had me wait in the lobby for an hour for nothing. With this being said, he had no reason to act the way he did because the first time i’m speaking up about his behavior is through this review.

All I gonna say is they under cooked my pizza several times. Manager lied to my wife and said its cause there was to many topping on it so it didn't cook all the way. Instead of just admitting they pulled it out too fast or didn't properly inspect it before boxing it. The pizza is on your menu and your store is the only one that I have ever had a problem with it. So tonight we order from a different pizza company and it all came cook to perfection. I will not order anymore from this location.

I swear the meat lovers melt I just ate is now is in my top ten. Maybe it was the cook that made it, but damn... I ate that whole thing in 5 minutes. I ate something while waiting for delivery to hold me over the 30 mins and still devoured the whole thing. Can we get and adult book reader reward club?
The Tavern Pesto Margherita Pizza was missing the Pesto, tomatoes and garlic. Very disappointing to say the least. How do you miss the main ingredients? It was a plain cheese and tomato sauce pizza.
I live less than a mile away but was unable to pick the pizza up myself. It took almost 2 hours to get my pizza delivered. I tried calling the store but got sent to what sounded like a call center. The person on the other line assured me she was at the lake Washington location, told them about my problem and then was put on a 20 minute plus hold before I hung up. Absolute worst customer service I've ever had ordered my pizza at 830 and didn't get it until 9:50. Good reminder to get quality pizza from a mom and pop resturant than waste money on this rodent food passed off as pizza.

Wow! Thanks you guys! What an amazing job this Pizza Hut has done! We ordered delivery, it got here quickly and was made to perfection! The pizza my fiance got had a perfect crust, and was delicious! I got the box with the best personal pan pepperoni pizza and some incredible honey bbq boneless wings. All other pizza places have disappointed so far. Wish we ordered from yall first! Keep it up, please, it is much appreciated!
