This Pizza Hut, it smells like pee/toilet when I walked in, they two guys were making pizza, I was in there for couples second, maybe 5 seconds, I couldn’t stand the smell yuck,no I didn’t even Oder anything I left as soon as possible out this place

I can’t recommend Chris, the manager at this Pizza Hut, enough! I first called a closer location and was on hold for 10 minutes. Then I called Chris’ location and he answered immediately—super friendly and helpful on the phone. That alone made me decide to place a big order of 10 pizzas for New Year’s.

When I walked in, a different employee initially messed up my order, but Chris personally fixed it and even saved me $70 with coupons! His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole experience seamless.

From now on, I’ll only be ordering from this Pizza Hut when Chris is working. Truly outstanding customer service!

My wife ordered delivery. After 45 minutes we not received our order even though it said it would be delivered in 30 minutes . Tried calling the store and no one would pick up the phone. Drove to the store to find out what was going on with our order. The manager told me our order had been cancelled. I asked why, he said he had no idea. I asked if he called to inform my wife that it had been cancelled. He said no, there was only him and one other girl working and they couldn’t take the time out of their schedule to make a phone call. Both he and the girl seemed to be irritated that I was bothered by their lack of service. Last time we ever order from there.

Absolutely terrible experience. Gary, the general manager, is highly unprofessional on the phone - he hung up on me twice when I called for an update after waiting for over an hour for my delivery order. I appreciated him fulfilling the refund after I drove to the location to deliver the unopened food back to him.

I'm disappointed at how it all concluded. I'm very sensitive and forgiving to high workloads and challenges being out of one's control. However, hanging up on a customer is always within control of the person representing the institution.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. CAN’T GET AHOLD OF ANYONE AND GET ROUTED TO A DIFFERENT PIZZA HUT. NEXT DOOR TACO BELL EMPLOYEE SAYS THE ONLY WAY IS A NEGATIVE REVIEW… CRAZY. ORDERED DELIVERY AND GET BREADSTICKS INSTEAD OF CHEESE STICKS AND THEN WHEN WE OPEN THE LARGE MEAT LOVERS PIZZA ALL THE TOPPINGS ARE TO THE CRUST.. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Pizza was ready on time. I had a gift card and the person initially had lattice problem with it but worked it out. Atmosphere not so great, but it is just a take out place. There was plenty of toppings, but it just tasted bland and the crust was doughy.

Ordered pizza through the app at 5:45pm for a 6:45 pickup. Stood in the store from 6:40 until 7:15 and the order was wrong. They ran out of personal pizza crusts so had to substitute 1/4 of a medium pizza instead. Bad bad.

I ordered a large pan pizza, which is supposed to be 14 inches according to Pizza Hut’s own website, but what I received was clearly a medium—only 12 inches. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, she told me she didn’t know anything about it and couldn’t help. I even pointed out that the website states the large pan pizza should be 14 inches, but she just dismissed me and acted like it wasn’t her problem. No apology, no solution. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expect better from a national chain. I will never be ordering from here again.
