I ordered two pizzas yesterday. The toppings were clearly wrong. The crust was so hard. I couldn’t even eat it as a throw it away. I literally could’ve had better Pizza out of a box that was frozen.. waste of money .

Placed an order via the Pizza Hut app. I kept refreshing to see my order was more than just received. After it still read received when my order should have been delivered already, I called the location. I held for 10 minutes because I selected 2 to check on an existing order. I had to hang up and call as if placing a new order. The very rude and unprofessional woman on the phone said that my order just went out and that I should be receiving in 20 minutes. I asked if the app is not working and she said they don't communicate via app because they fired their drivers and only use door dash (even though my order was not via door dash). I let her know that I am over due my delivery and she responded well if you don't receive it in 20 mins call us back. When I asked what happens then and she responded with, we will make your order again, bye, click. Mind you it is already after 10pm at this point and this is to feed my kids after an all day football tournament that we are in town for. Maybe if the woman on the phone wasn't so stank this review could have been avoided.

My wife and I haven’t dined in at Pizza Hut in years. We decided to try this location and it was wonderful. although the red checker table cloths are gone the pizza is still as amazing as ever and the service at this location is terrific. I highly recommend it.

Received order through delivery, pizzas, and breadsticks looked good but I think they are undercooked a bit, the boneless wings were supposed to be garlic Parmesan.. they were just breaded and the container was sloppy with sauce but nothing on the actual wings. Usually order from a couple of different places but haven’t tried Pizza Hut in awhile and gave it a shot..

Not improved since they moved. Buffalo Chicken Pizza with requested extra buffalo just gets a little drizzle of it. Hand toss pepperoni with minimal marinara, asked for extra. Hard times guess they can't do extra sauce. Well my tip went to the door dash driver they decided to use. Going to stick with the pizza Hut in Palm Bay Way better they don't do delivery.

I haven't had Pizza hut in years. My neighbor was going and he asked if I wanted to grab a pizza too and I figured why not. Now I remember why I stopped going. It is the worst pizza, period. It was so greasy, the bottom of the whole pizza was soggy with it and gave me heartburn within minutes of eating it. I'm sorry but it was just awful. I threw most of it away.

The shift manager needs her attitude readjusted. Underproofed pan pizza, breadsticks with no butter nor was it cut. Wings were rubbery and undercooked. My husband worked for pizza hut for many years and this whole situation is disgusting. For someone to knowingly mess up our order ( you knew what went out that door) and then be treated like that, I will never call pizza hut again. Edit: after returning said food for a refund, the store manager had full attitude about the food, gave me my refund and then laughed as I walked out. A bunch of bullies work at this location. Don't eat here.
