After the change in management, it seems this Planet Smoothie store has gone down hill. For instance, my girlfriend paid for her smoothie with an upcharge and tip only to recieve the most watered down smoothie. There seems to be immense indifference to the quality of the store as the radio is plays static and the tables are filthy, on top of dirty blenders and open containers all about on a slow day.

Always delightful. My kids and I love coming here. They are so friendly and always making sure we get good deals. Smoothies are always delicious and they remember our favorite orders! Facility is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend.
I came in with my sister to come and get a smoothie I got the last mango with popping boba. First of all the smoothie wasn’t blended well and the Lady who helped me was a jerk. I had brought dollar coins(which is a usable currency in the US and places are required to accept them) absolutely refused and was just very rude to me all together. I’ve been here and saw the same teenage girl and she was just very disrespectful each time.
