This place is in a great location. Lots of shopping. Few tables (5) and had to wait for a bit to get my order. The staff are friendly and polite. I got the 1. Crackling Chicken (5/5) a good one and a must. 2. Green Bao (5/5) Crunchy tofu with great sauce. 3. Katsu Bao (4/5). I would have given 5 stars but they kind of missed an item in my order. They also have a good boba and tea. Overall a great place. I would go again.

I went there for my birthday dinner and the food was TERRIBLE. They usually have pretty decent food but this time the quality was awful. The rice was so sticky and old that it was more like a rice ball. The "spring mix" smelled old and had to be removed. The tofu (which is normally browned) was almost pure white from being undercooked and super salty. We had to actually microwave the tofu at home to cook it more. The crackling chicken was so old, it was cold and super salty/greasy as well. The carrots had a funky taste, probably past its use by date. The mango tasted like it was not only canned mango, but bad as well. The worker that was assembling our bowls seemed like he was new and none of the other workers seemed willing to help him in anyway. He was completely left to his own devices but that was not his fault. Someone should have been helping him.Even the Boba tea was marginal. It seems as though they use a powder for their Boba Colada that will separate if its left to set for more than ten minutes. When I got home, the powder clumped together and would not separate no matter how had I shook the drink. When I was trying to eat the last of the Boba I just got rid of it because the powder was all stuck to the Boba and tasted really bad.

honestly very rude. i never leave reviews but girl who wears a hat and always takes my order always gives me so much attitude. not only laughed in my little sisters face when she called the tapioca “black boba”, but turned around talking to her coworkers about us. she takes my order every time and is always rude and cuts me off/ignores my questions. EVERYTHING she said was with attitude. I normally do not get mad, but I was super frustrated. I understand having a bad day, but this has happened many times. hope this changes immediately. sad because food is good but customer service matters most

This restaurant has some of the best food I've ever had! Their bowls have such quality vegetables and their rice is always so fluffy. The teas are always so tasty. The employees always wear their masks properly and are super friendly! I love this place and its my number one choice for take out.

Would be ok at half the price.Boba was a bit watery, bowls were only "ok" but definitely priced like they were better.Would've skipped this place if I were local.

Arrived in on Sunday at 5:40pm, approximately one hour before closing (6:30pm) only to be told that the store was already closed. The staff was busy cleaning and getting ready to leave. There were other patrons who had gotten food probably 15 minutes prior.Signs on the door, website, and online all stated 6:30pm. Not good business practice at all to turn away customers (of which there were many) an hour prior to stated closing time without any advanced notice.Would advise customers to go to Bean Sprout (also in same complex) for consistent service.

Stopped by between calls. The staff were so kind and accomadating. The bursting boboas are so refreshing, and the taco style bao is tasty! When you are walking around at Viera Avenues, stop on by and give it a try

The nutshell: friendly staff, delicious food, clean tables, fair prices. Everything we had was fresh and delicious. Dinner was worth the price. No pictures because who wants to see an empty bowl and plate?Party of 5. The staff was friendly and helpful as we navigated our way through the menu. This being our first visit, we had several questions. I ordered a Volcano Bowl and a Porky Pig Bao minus the cilantro. (Because all cilantro takes like soap. End of argument.) Both were excellent!! The pork belly was done perfectly and the Volcano bowl had just the right amount of spicy. I will certainly order more Porky Pigs next time. The kids enjoyed their crackling chicken and Boba teas, and didn't complain once. That is what parents call an Nexus Event. To our surprise, the world did not end, and the TVA did not show up. They were probably busy with Loki.Even though we were there shortly after closing time, the staff did not rush us out. We were thankful for the grace. I would rather herd cats then try to get kids to hurry up AND eat. :)Thanks Poke Boba, we will be back!!

Customer service/friendliness is 5/5! I chose a build your own bowl with rice + shrimp tempura and random toppings. The combo was surprisingly delicious + filling. Price was a little on high side and wait time was a little longer, but overall still would reccomend.

Good food, very polite workers with friendly attitudes, but the shop feels incomplete as of yet. Can't wait to see where it goes

If I could give this place a zero, I would. My 17 year old son worked there until today. And I will not let him go back. Our beloved cat Venus passed away this morning, and when my son communicated it to "Pong" the owner informing he would be unable to work, he threatened to fire him if he didn't come in. Needless to say, he will not be going back there.

This place should be the busiest in the avenues! My husband ate there twice and LOVED it! He doesn't usually like this type of food but it has turned out to be a favorite! My daughter tried it on his recomendation, she LOVED IT and so did the kids! This is surely the best kept secret in Vieira! Everyone there is so welcoming and helpful! Everything is EXCELLENT! Kids meal is healthy and delicious!

Delicious food. My family was up here for one of my sons travel baseball tournament. Search on Google maps where restaurants were. We decided to go for poke. And what a great surprise. Excellent food. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed their lunch. The bobos were so refreshing. Can’t wait until tomorrow so I can eat here again.
