As an Asian, I grew up drinking a LOT of boba from the Orlando area. The boba here is always either extremely under or overcooked. The tea is very powdery as well. Last time I got a poke bowl here, the rice was old and hard. It was edible and the fish wasn't bad, but I wouldn't recommend their poke bowls. However, I did like their bao buns. That's the only thing I'd ever come back for.

I was shocked when I saw all of the bad reviews on this place! I love it here! This is one of my go-to lunch spots. I always order the green bao's and they are delicious. The tofu is the best I've ever had, and they are full with so much flavor and yumminess. The tofu is made fresh upon order. I have tried some of their bowls and they are also good, so you can't go wrong with any of their dishes. The boba is also great as well with many flavors to choose from. Aside from the food the place is always clean with friendly workers, and nice decor. I would definitely give this place a go for anyone wanting good, healthy, delicious food

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! The menu on the wall says "plenty of fish" has Masago, Salmon, and Almonds. When I get the dish it was missing Almonds, masago, and Salmon. I love masago on my food so I went up and let them know I didn't get the masago. The worker told me that they haven't had that and almonds for awhile and said "sorry about that". I told him I paid for that and he shrugged his shoulders. So just so the customers know, they bait you and try to cover the food with yum yum sauce and they hope you don't notice. Don't trust this not so honest business.

Very quick, you just need to know what time to go. The lunch crowd is big and takes a while on your order which is easy to understand. When it's not crowded they're very quick. Server's always nice, never mess up, and tastes really good!

I came here with my Mom on Jan. 1, 2022! I enjoyed a Matcha Cheesecake Smoothie with Classic Boba. I enjoyed the matcha flavor and that it wasn't overly sweet but I didn't pick up on the cheesecake flavor at all. There is also a weird, unpleasant smell inside. Great location- near AMC movie theater and lots of shopping and other places to get food and drink. If I had the chance to try their Poke Bowls or Bao I may potentially have given a higher rating, but they weren't available that day.

This place is in a great location. Lots of shopping. Few tables (5) and had to wait for a bit to get my order. The staff are friendly and polite. I got the 1. Crackling Chicken (5/5) a good one and a must. 2. Green Bao (5/5) Crunchy tofu with great sauce. 3. Katsu Bao (4/5). I would have given 5 stars but they kind of missed an item in my order. They also have a good boba and tea. Overall a great place. I would go again.

I went there for my birthday dinner and the food was TERRIBLE. They usually have pretty decent food but this time the quality was awful. The rice was so sticky and old that it was more like a rice ball. The "spring mix" smelled old and had to be removed. The tofu (which is normally browned) was almost pure white from being undercooked and super salty. We had to actually microwave the tofu at home to cook it more. The crackling chicken was so old, it was cold and super salty/greasy as well. The carrots had a funky taste, probably past its use by date. The mango tasted like it was not only canned mango, but bad as well. The worker that was assembling our bowls seemed like he was new and none of the other workers seemed willing to help him in anyway. He was completely left to his own devices but that was not his fault. Someone should have been helping him.Even the Boba tea was marginal. It seems as though they use a powder for their Boba Colada that will separate if its left to set for more than ten minutes. When I got home, the powder clumped together and would not separate no matter how had I shook the drink. When I was trying to eat the last of the Boba I just got rid of it because the powder was all stuck to the Boba and tasted really bad.

Slow service and today closed at the busiest time and now they're short on staff? For food that is supposed to be easy to serve quick they really botched things up

First time I tried this place it was just a pick up and I ended up having the carne poke bowl. It was a good amount of food and something that filled me up. I am not a big carb eater so didn't really care for all the rice. I went there again to find out they did offer brown rice and cauliflower rice. So I ended up get a mix of the brown and cauliflower with the carne bowl. It was surprisingly good and would order it again not having to worry about a lot of carbs. Also this time I tried out their Boba Thai Tea, I have to say that was a little sweet for me. I am not sure if they could make it less sweet, but didn't much care for it. Their boba was good, so maybe try something else that isn't so sweet.

honestly very rude. i never leave reviews but girl who wears a hat and always takes my order always gives me so much attitude. not only laughed in my little sisters face when she called the tapioca “black boba”, but turned around talking to her coworkers about us. she takes my order every time and is always rude and cuts me off/ignores my questions. EVERYTHING she said was with attitude. I normally do not get mad, but I was super frustrated. I understand having a bad day, but this has happened many times. hope this changes immediately. sad because food is good but customer service matters most

This restaurant has some of the best food I've ever had! Their bowls have such quality vegetables and their rice is always so fluffy. The teas are always so tasty. The employees always wear their masks properly and are super friendly! I love this place and its my number one choice for take out.

Would be ok at half the price.Boba was a bit watery, bowls were only "ok" but definitely priced like they were better.Would've skipped this place if I were local.

Arrived in on Sunday at 5:40pm, approximately one hour before closing (6:30pm) only to be told that the store was already closed. The staff was busy cleaning and getting ready to leave. There were other patrons who had gotten food probably 15 minutes prior.Signs on the door, website, and online all stated 6:30pm. Not good business practice at all to turn away customers (of which there were many) an hour prior to stated closing time without any advanced notice.Would advise customers to go to Bean Sprout (also in same complex) for consistent service.

Disappointing. Hours online are not accurate. Tried to walk in at 5pm an hour before they close, and they said they were closed! Hours posted outside said they close at 6pm. Not good business practice.

Stopped by between calls. The staff were so kind and accomadating. The bursting boboas are so refreshing, and the taco style bao is tasty! When you are walking around at Viera Avenues, stop on by and give it a try
