Order was wrong, was told I couldn't subsitute fries for a biscuit, fries and sandwich were old. Few other small issues. Going to stick to Palm Bay road Popeyes.

Went to come in to grab something to eat after not having a lunch break and no hospitality or saying I'll be with you in a moment. Worker was too busy chatting it up with the guests instead of helping out anyone. I would never suggest anyone to go to this store and I don't blame management at all but the staff on register.

Drive through sucked car in front of me ask for a refund after waiting awhile and the employees were all arguing about a $4.00 short cash drawer. I got regular not spicy like I asked and felt sick from eating 45 minutes later......

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is all kind and fast, and they NEVER forget to put a spork in the bag with my mac n cheese! That is super appreciated

We got the 3 piece chicken tenders big box and it was ok. They didn't give us one of the sides we ordered. The chicken tenders were long and thin. Very odd. I never saw tenders like that before.

Because it was pouring rain our drive through order was not completed when we got to the window. Instead of cheerfully continuing or — better customer service — APOLOGIZING — we were grumpily scolded. Then told there was no ice for drinks. Then told we couldn’t use coupon for two orders. Provided another coupon then told we couldn’t use the same transaction. Placed two orders and then told we couldn’t use the same card. Fries were cold and sparse. Needless to say we will not be returning. Zero stars for service.
