My review is relative to other fast foot restaurants in the area, this is the worse. Slow to make the food, attitude for no reason at all, and just worst cooked chicken anywhere. Chicken was dry, does not look like it's real food. The wings had the souse sloppily poured on them, these sings looked like they were from a pigeon. Where do they get their chicken from? Biscuits tasted like they had been sitting for weeks. The sides were just earthy smelling and had similar aftertaste. All around, this was a very unappetizing experience. I'm sure there are A-O's in and around there who rip the bird up theirs, not me Mr. Fred. But on the upside, my dog loved it as compared to the pallets he normally eats. That is one happy fellow! I in the other hand, I want my money returned. It's not worth it!

We got the 12 piece family meal. The biscuits were amazing!! You have to eat them warm and fresh. Chicken was very tender and tasty. We gave the food 4 stars because the coleslaw and mashed potatoes were only ok. We will be back.

Courteous employees. Told us about coupons. Chicken tenders were very good.
Wow this might be the worst fast-food i've been at in awhile. Not only did they forget half of our meal, after we had to pull up and wait for half an hour, they also messed up the half we got. We got no sauces or fries, and they messed up the one side we did get. And the entire package of wings was completely missing. Had to go inside and it was so gross, my feet were sticking to the floor. We didnt even realize they didnt give us any sauces and messed up the only side we got until we went home.

Would not recommend for take-out orders. Food and service overall was good but I ordered a half-gallon of sweet tea and confirmed that they gave me sweet tea when I received my order and when I get home lo and behold they gave me unsweet tea. This has happened multiple times at this location now to me hence the review.

The General Manager, Rebecca, is rude, argumentative and unprofessional. My food was good. But the customer service received and the comments made by management is enough to turn my stomach. This is a new location in Melbourne... make the drive to West Melbourne or Merritt Island if you must have Popeyes. Don't put another dollar in this lady's pocket.
