I ate here on my bday and even though they say it’s all you can eat I feel that they put some ex lax in my food so that I would not order anymore. You know when you eat healthy for a while you are one with your body so you just know what you can take and cannot. Seafood is my favorite I only had shrimp, potatoes and calamari. I ordered more Calamari and Shrimp, right in the middle of my platter my stomach started to hurt so bad I couldn’t make it home. The food is definitely delicious, but I know you put something in there to make me have to go to the restroom. I was not going to eat all your Shrimp. lol!

Horrible service and exorbitant prices for subpar, and honestly quite depressing environment and dining experience! We were so hungry and looking forward to some seafood and were grandly disappointed by the attitude and hospitality shown by the hostess. My boyfriend was extra hungry and looking forward to the all-you-can-eat platter. I also knew what I wanted - simply 12 oysters. We have been to this establishment before and quite frankly we aren’t fans of the environment but we do appreciate the taste of the food. One would think these are quite simple and easy to fulfill requests, one all you can eat platter and a dozen oysters. But unfortunately the hostess who sat us down stated if ONE of us orders an “all you can eat” meal, we BOTH MUST order and pay for all you can eat meals 👀😡 What if I was allergic to most of the seafood except shrimp, fish etc whatever? What if I had specific food restrictions and/or only wanted specific things off the menu, such as oysters? What if I was a vegetarian and/or only wanted to order corn and potatoes and other sides? Well, if one of your party gets all-you-can-eat, you better get ready to get all-you-can-eat too! You get no choice! I wanted only oysters until she put these conditions on what we can and cannot order. Here’s a scenario - How idiotic does it sound, they expect me to order all-you-can-eat seafood meal even if I’m a vegetarian? I couldn’t order anything else if my companion orders an all you can eat meal. This was such a huge disappointment and I quite simply was amazed at the mandatory demand the hostess made for us to buy an all-you-can-eat meal when I don’t even eat that. Seriously…. What if I’m a vegetarian???? What if I’m just here to talk to my guest while he eats? Nope.

People like me are not allowed at this establishment apparently. This is discrimination in my opinion. I cannot eat here due to the rules the owners of this establishment has set. The hostess actually let us get up and walk out the door. She did not even tried to correct herself. She not only turn away business but made a customer feel less than welcome, unwelcome and uncomfortable to dine in or enter their restaurant. I would not support such an establishment again unless they change their way of doing business. I feel like this is not the integrity-driven way of doing business and would rather do without such a restaurant in my community and neighborhood.

Quite honestly I’ve had their food before. Nothing to rave about. I’ve had much better. Service obviously is not good as they did not care about accommodating us nor did they show us good hospitality as expected. Their ambiance is depressing.

WAY OVERPRICED. Food not suitable for consumption. The lady who recently stated they put something in the food is a hundred percent right because I felt it too and it's to make you feel full. I wouldn't eat at this restaurant if somebody paid me. Reviews tell a lot about these nasty restaurants that are everywhere. If you enjoy quality food and can actually tell the difference between crap and good food don't go here. You won't be happy. Not everyone can tell or even cares about the difference between good quality and garbage- they just wanna stuff their faces and they're content. Ignore those reviews if you understand what I mean. Hope you find a decent place for your meal! This establishment takes zero responsibility for the customers like myself who are extremely dissatisfied and will do absolutely nothing to make it right, other than ask you to come back and spend more money. Read the reviews- you'll see for yourself. That should tell you everything you need to know. This is not me asking for anything because I wouldn't set foot in there again for any reason, but there are many others which no attempt was made to make them a satisfied customer. Just a bunch of nonsense words followed by a request for them to return to the restaurant to waste more of their money. It's a little bit narcissistic if you ask me!

Nice staff food is bland and margarine sauces take away from the flavor. I recommend you bring your own Cajun rub or just order the fried items. Their crawfish rub was not good. They use a lot of margarine and will not provide dry rub to season the crawfish. I’m not sure why they cook their crawfish in margarine. I hope the cooks can YouTube how to cook southern seafood especially crawfish. I don’t plan to go back.

Well that was frustrating to say the least. First off food is good!!!!
Service is the problem again and again. In this town the food is great but the service is almost non existent!
We get here party of 10 (7) kids they host informs us we will get our drinks when we get our good becuase they are out of cups. That's odd but ok then server comes takes the drink order about 10 mins later brings us drinks I can get over that hey at least we got them. Then about 35-40 mins later food starts coming mind you we didn't see our server between then do everyone needed refills they brought the kids food about 10 mins later the adult food. kids had to eat without drinks then they leave off a kids meal she didn't get her meal until almost everyone was finished. Also forgot the sides of corn we ordered had to wait 10 mins on that. I have a 1 year old it took so long he finally lost patience with it all so I couldn't eat my daughter didn't eat because she got her food so late she got full on corn $185 plus they add gratuity. Feels like I just got ripped off!!

I've been to Red Crab in the Pt. Saint Lucie area many times. First time in Melbourne. First Red Crab for my husband. Food was great. Seating was quick and service was great. The outside of the restaurant needs some TLC.

Food was good. Pasta was amazing. The service was great. The reviews about Michelle are 100% accurate. She’s outstanding and quite frankly a breath of fresh air, as the service at other restaurants nearby have not been as great.

My wife and I recently visited Red Crab Juicy Seafood in Melbourne, FL, and it was an absolute game-changer! We’d never tried a seafood boil before, but we decided to dive in with their all-you-can-eat option, and let me tell you—we were not disappointed! This place is a seafood lover’s paradise, and it turned my wife, who usually isn’t a fan of crab, into a full-on convert.
We went for the all-you-can-eat seafood boil, and it was worth every penny. The spread was incredible—piles of snow crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, clams, and more, all tossed in their signature Cajun sauce that had just the right kick of spice. I tried crawfish for the first time, and I’m hooked! The crawfish were perfectly seasoned, tender, and so flavorful, with that bold, zesty sauce that made every bite a delight. My wife, who’s never been big on crab, couldn’t stop raving about how juicy and fresh the snow crab legs were. She was cracking them open with a huge smile, going back for seconds (and thirds!). The corn, potatoes, and sausage rounded out the meal, soaking up all that delicious sauce.
The atmosphere at Red Crab is lively and welcoming, with a family-friendly vibe that makes you feel right at home. The staff was super friendly, keeping our table stocked with fresh seafood and checking in to make sure we were loving every moment. The portions were generous, and the ability to customize the spice level was perfect for first-timers like us—we went with medium, and it was just right.
For anyone in Melbourne looking for a fun, messy, and downright delicious seafood experience, Red Crab Juicy Seafood is the place to go. The all-you-can-eat boil is an incredible value, and the freshness and flavor are unmatched. We’re already planning our next visit to “Crave the Boil” again! Highly recommend

If there was a zero rating that is what I would give this place!!!!!! And I’m not even being hard or difficult just being 100% honest… This is the worst seafood restaurant that we have ever ate at in our entire lives!!!!!! I mean there was absolutely nothing good about the food. Truly made both me and my husband feel like throwing up!!! Sausage was not cooked all the way, crab legs were way overcooked too much garlic and lemon. Food came out in 5 minutes and to top it off there was several flies and nats flying around the whole time we were there!!!!! We had the all you can eat and literally ate in total he and I both like maybe 1 pound of crab legs, that’s how disgusting it was!!! Save your money and your bellies and DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!
