Went to RL on Friday June 13. Tess was our server great. We enjoyed our meal. .

We were going to go to a different restaurant, but ended up missing the reservation and coming here for my birthday. What an awful experience. The restaurant was not busy at all, and it took an hour to get our food. My husband ordered the steak and lobster special. He asked for the steak to be medium and it was well done. We would expect after an hour of waiting for everything to come out perfect. I love crab legs and couldn't even finish them. Our waitress was unapologetic and fortunately the manager comped our whole meal. This restaurant needs some serious help and it takes a lot for me to write a review like this. 

Nous avions une réservation pour 6 pm en arrivant la dame nous dit qu'ils respectent pas les réservations donc premier arrivée premier servi! Elle nous mentionne que l'attente est maintenant de 90 minutes. Nous avons quitté les lieux pour aller manger dans un autre endroit. Je suis diabétique alors j'ai des heures à respecter pour me nourrir. C'est inapproprié

We had a Christmas reservation booked for 6:00 p.m. and upon arrival, we were told that it would be 90 minutes before we could even be seated. This was really bizarre considering we had a confirmed reservation and the dining room did not seem full at all. The host is greeted us with I'm so sorry and told us about the weight and that they only had three cooks because nobody wanted to work on Christmas. It really made us feel bad because this is what we had planned for Christmas dinner and we were sent on our way because of the wait which ultimately ended us up at home with no plan. Also, we noticed that the open table was still taking reservations even though they could not accommodate. I think that they mismanaged Christmas because of we also overheard that they were running out of things and this was at 6:00 p.m. I do not recommend this restaurant If you are truly wanting to stick to a reservation time for a special occasion.

Our waitress, Tess, was very kind and personable! She definitely went the extra mile for us and made the meal way more enjoyable!

Waited thirty minutes to get a beverage. Waitress was super nice! Then got an appetizer the calamari was so chewy and gross. Then main dish came. Fish and chip straight out of a Gordon fisherman’s box. I got salmon that was ok and a heaping scoop of ice cold mashed potatoes. With nice and hot broccoli. I can’t believe I spent $100 for this. I will never be back. What a huge let down.

Food was just ok. No soup or salad for free. Biscuits were great. No fresh fish. Salmon flounder and cod are not from around here! $40 + crab festival is no bargain. I see why they are going out of business.

Tovan was very efficient and friendly. She was very attentive, nice and professional yet friendly. She treated us like we were the only customers in the restaurant.

The female bartender working on November 4th was horrid terrible attitude and super slow at her job won’t come back

My boyfriend and I had a WONDERFUL experience! We had the salted caramel drink and it was so delicious 😋. Justin was an amazing server! His energy is great!
