Always Have Eaten At Red Lobster Any Where In Country. This Location, The Food Was Spoiled. Cole Slaw Was Sour, My Wifes Plate The Shrimp Smelled Spoiled. Walked Out No Pay. Chef Gordon Ramsey Nightmares. You Know It.

Unfortunately, this was the worst Red Lobster I have ever been to. We waited about 30 minutes for our food to arrive which can be understandable since it was a Saturday night. But, our food came out cool/cold. I had to send both mine, and my grandmothers food back to pop in the microwave to warm it up. Serving cold food and we waited 30 mins doesn’t make sense. The linguini, as pictured, looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The server, Nate, was very nice and very accommodating. I can tell he was trying his best to make everything better. The manager did come and apologize and they gave us a free cheesecake. Least to say, I won’t be coming back.

If it wasn’t for Annastasia, the new server from Asheville. This place would be chaos. Holy GDFS!!! She was the only professional person in the building. And we talked to 4 different people, including some egotistical culinary manager! WOW. 🙄 do manners not exist anymore??? Are we eating at red lobster? Or are we working with the shrimp boat crew… yall better keep Anna or this place won’t be open much longer.

We went back for a second try… our first experience is copied below. But we had a wonderful experience the second time around. We had Victoria as our waitress and she was a delight to have. We got our food in a timely manner and tasted great. We were also greeted by Tammy the manager who made sure to take time and make sure that our experience was pleasant. Thank you so much!

(1st experience) It’s been a long time since visiting Red Lobster. Granted it’s Christmas Eve, but we waited well over an hour for our food. And when it came out our daughter’s meal was no where to be found. After another 30 minutes of waiting I told them not to worry about it. My wife and myself shared our meals so she could eat something. I finally got my check and to my surprise I was still being charged for my daughter’s meal that she never got and a beer??? We don’t even drink and didn’t order beer??? Like I said I know it’s Christmas Eve but man it’s pretty bad. I won’t be back at this location or another Red Lobster.
