Best service I've ever had thank you. The waitress was awesome and very observing.. smart and pretty. I wish I had gotten her name. She was a gem. She was full figured, clean, shoulder length hair, and from an exotic/mixed race. She deserves a raise for sure. Food was excellent as well.Parking: Free and we'll kept

Good was delish. Prices were high for the quality we got. Service was very very slow and rather chaotic. Appetizer came before first drink. Took fifteen minutes to get our first drink.

Arrived at 6 pm, seated at 6:45 with call-ahead seating. Beverages arrived and placed order at 7:10. Was told numerous times that our food “will be right out”, while other tables that ordered after us received their meals, but many others waiting a long time. until 7:45 then got up and left. On the way out the hostess asked if there was an emergency, I told her no, we’re tired of waiting for our meals. I told her that the manager should be going from table to table apologizing and explaining what was going on. But there was no sign of a manager anywhere so the staff was left to deal with the fallout from unhappy customers. What an absolute fiasco.

The wife and I wanted to go out for dinner and enjoy a kid free evening. Neither of us has had red lobster in years and we decided to give it a try. Upon arrival we were told that it was a 30 minute wait which was expected during dinner time any way. After waiting for 30 minutes we were seated in what seemed to be a rather empty restaurant. The waitress that was assigned to our table approached with the worst attitude. I have never seen a service work with such an attitude. She rushed us through our order even walking away while my wife was still ordering. My wife had ordered a Bahama Mama and once the waitress brought it to the table she placed it down without saying a word and walked away. The drink looked nothing like it should and tasted awful. We waited about 40 minutes for our food and during that entire wait time the waitress did not even check on us once. No refills, no update, nothing. Once the food arrived it was lukewarm at best and over cooked. The fish was very tough and and over cooked. The lobster was chewy and over cooked. The food was awful. We ate what was eatable and waited on our check. The waitress came by and dropped off the bill without even asking how the food was or even offering a refill mind you the entire time we have been waiting on this waitress. Needless to say this is probably the worst and last red lobster I will ever eat at. I would suggest Shells right down the street if you are craving good sea food.

Went to eat at here on Friday night, the service has been spotty in the past, so we gave it one last try. Never again, the hostess sat us timely. The service was horrendous. I’m guessing she was new, but there wasn’t that many people in the restaurant at 6:40 at night. Should have been our first clue. Shouldn’t take an hour to get our drinks, salads, or bread. Then the lettuce from the salads were watery. Perhaps the lettuce got frozen and then thawed and served. Tried to get out of there quickly asked for the check that took another 20 minutes. This place is a joke. They will not survive with such terrible service. And also, I didn’t see a manager the entire two hours we were there. If the manager was out touching tables they may be able to help fix the issues, but no one seems to care.

I stopped in to pick up my to-go order and received exceptional service from the associate Lay. The gentleman in line before me had a very complex order, that got rang in incorrectly. He was visibly frustrated and losing patience, but I watched as Lay handled the situation with phenomenal customer service and grace. Everyone’s always reporting their negative experiences with the service industry, so I wanted to take a moment to highlight a brief, but pleasant one. Thank you, Lay!

To start off, Kassandra, who was the bartender/waiter/ hostess, was amazing. She did everything in the restaurant. The food was great. However there were 2 tables sitting down in the whole restaurant and they had a waiting list. I could count atleast 4 or 5 waiters in the restaurant doing literally nothing but walking around. Kassandra was helping everyone while the rest of her coworkers did absolutely nothing. I was apalled when I saw people waiting on an empty restaurant. Dont think ill be coming back here. Thanks Kassandra!

I ordered the lobster "loaded" potato. I'm lactose intolerant so I asked for melted butter instead of the creamy sauce it comes with. What I got was a very small potato with maybe 1/4 of a very small tail of dry lobster meat. I'm Not impressed with their portion size at all. I left still needing to eat something else when a "loaded" potato normally feels me up.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated waited an additional 20 minutes to be acknowledged while the hostess and waitress went round and round about how she is done. D o n e for the night. Needless to say, we left.

The only reason why I’m giving this review 2 stars were because of the manager Tracey and Tyleen (I’m completely butchering her name because now I can’t recall -so sorry, I’ll find out your name and edit this) went above to make things a little better for us. Ty was a hell of server for others and helped us out because our server, Olivia didn’t do much to make a good experience for us.After waiting 30 minutes we sat down and ordered drinks and food immediately so we can get everything we wanted served sooner. Olivia was almost done with her training from what we learned in the end of the service but her attitude was apathetic and you can tell she did not want to be there or serve us. I was super patient and kind with my family (this was a birthday dinner for my father’s 73rd Birthday). We waited about 15 minutes for our drink even after getting the cheddar biscuits. The server Ty brought us water (something Olivia should have done). It felt like forever to receive our food which wasn’t Olivia’s fault but we ended up getting someone else’s order. Olivia seemed confused and had to go back to her notepad to double check what she wrote. She ended up taking the plate back.Ty came back with the correct food and was super friendly and apologized for that error.Olivia never checked on us, never served us napkins, never smiled and for the most part she was talking to other tables except us. I never throw the race card but honestly it was uncomfortable seeing her make more time and making others feel welcome except us Latinos. My partner ordered the endless shrimp dish but pretty much got one plate. He had to find Ty to put in the second order because Olivia told him “one moment” and never came back to us.By the time my partner got his shrimp everyone finished eating. It took forever to get boxes to go, and we ended up asking Ty to have the manager come speak with us.Tracey took her time with us and heard our complaints and apologized and told us Olivia was almost done with her training at Red Lobster. She was very professional and gave us a small discount which we appreciate.Olivia never apologized or tried to make things right. Didn’t even come out to our area. Not sure what her deal was specifically with us. It was just 4 of us and we are a nice family; we weren’t loud, rude nor disrespectful. While we were walking out Olivia was at the register laughing and being sassy. It seemed like she was happy that we were leaving.Olivia has A LOT to learn and honestly didn’t deserved to be tipped in the end. It should have been the other server who juggled her tables and Olivia’s tables.I recommend to call ahead and make reservations and not have her serve you.Red lobster really needs to step it up and pay their employees more as well as hire more people than burden the few handful hard workers here that have to work twice as hard.
