We used Renaissance Catering as part of the Grand Manor's wedding package. We ended up doing 3 tastings with them to pick food for our Rehearsal dinner and for our Reception dinner. The food was absolutely amazing. All of our guests loved it! We also had 1 guest that is allergic to butter and we were able to get the food made with butter substitutes so she could eat as well. Even if you aren't holding your wedding at the Grand Manor, Renaissance Catering is still an excellent choice catering.

Renaissance catering catered my parents 50th anniversary. They were beyond accommodating. Jessica was amazing to work with in the office and answered all of my questions right off the bat. We were allowed a complimentary tasting which was amazing. Come event day, all staff showed up in a timely manner and were well trained. They were all lovely! Rosie, Vanessa and John were their names. They cleaned up in timely manner, were exceptionally polite to all my (older) guests, and were just overall amazing! The food was the talk of the party. I’m still getting compliments, and I need to get the green bean recipe as my toddlers even ate the greens! Thank you so much and I recommend Renaissance catering to anyone looking for a well beyond seasoned catering company for any event!

My wife and I hired Renaissance Catering for our wedding, and it overall was a mixed feeling experience with our feelings being a little more on the positive side. It was so awesome that they had vegan options that were actually great! Chef Tony really went out of his way to make vegan Pig in a Blanket for us and be creative. The initial taste testing was awesome. We were really happy they offerred delivery as well, but unfortunately we believe the food was delivered too early, because it was mostly cold and slightly undercooked. We think the food was not even on Sternos to keep it warm. The food tasted good, but was not as great as the tasting. Jessica from catering was awesome to work with, really cared to make sure we had the food we wanted for our wedding day, even after a ton of changes. Also, the staff left in the middle of cutting the cake to run out to the car to get plates left behind for the cake, and guests were standing around wondering were the slices of cake were. The staff also did not have the kids meals out right away, and we believe some of them did not know it was even there for them. Renaissance is a very high scaled, professional restaurant and catering service, but for the money you pay some of those things should have not happened. Overall, we do recommend hiring them, because in the end, they worked with us to provide vegan options and the food we desired, but just make sure to communicate that you do not want cold food.

From the very first to last conversation with Jessica from Renaissance, I knew we were in great hands. The tasting went smooth and the food and cake flavors were so good that it was hard for us to choose the final menu. Day of staff arrived and went straight to work. The service provided by the catering team was exceptional from start to finish and Amie helped me with the final decorations I had to add to the table. Even though the bride went with a buffet, the staff plated the bride and grooms dinner and bought it to them.The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive to the needs of all the guests. With my up coming wedding I know that I will be I will be in great hands with Renaissance.

WE WOULD NOT RECOMMENDWhen catering a wedding that Bride is the only concern, not hearing about how many other events you have or how big your events are as you are missing appointments or tastings. Be prepared to hear excuses like the bartender broke her leg or the internet is out, or another bride was taking too long and ran over her appointment.Day of tasting we were served an Amazing sliced Beef Burgundy, day of event served a poor quality pepper steak, day of tasting served real crab cakes, day of event served imitation crab balls much cheaper quality, at tasting we were expecting to taste Chicken Madeira, received Chicken Marsala and told it is the same thing (during our final meeting I specifically asked for the dish to be explained to include Madeira wine, Mushrooms, and Asparagus) still served Chicken with gravy.Day of tasting bride was expecting cake tasting as scheduled. Was only given poor excuses and no follow up for almost 3 weeks. Finally, after 3 weeks cakes were personally delivered to brides' house. When it came time to pay, we felt uneasy about Renaissance Catering, at this moment I knew I would be protected by paying balance with my American Express card and paying the 4% credit card fee. Next, I was sent a credit card payment form as expected. As reading further into this contract I found I would be relinquishing all my rights of credit card protection. I wish this company focused more on delivering results then just writing contracts that only protect the vendor. ? Delicious, Professional Catering ?I recently enjoyed a catered meal by Renaissance Catering at an EFSC awards ceremony. I was so impressed by the variety of the spread: gravy-mushroom chicken, roasted vegetables, potato wedges, fresh salad, beef, dinner rolls, and cheesecake.Everything was beautifully presented for visual aesthetic and tasted as good as it looked (check out my pics for examples!).I have to gush about the cheesecake, in particular. It was so delicious I couldn’t just eat one flavor (chocolate, caramel, or strawberry). The cake was supple and creamy with just a hint of firmness, and a baked finish like a flan. The drizzle of syrup and dollop of whipped cream added extra sweetness and variety with each bite.

Every single guest was ranting and raving. For appetizers, we got the empanadas and coconut shrimp— out of this world delicious! For the main course, we got the Hawaiian chicken (so moist and full of flavor) and the gaucho steak served at a carving station with the best chimichurri sauce you will ever eat! Even the jasmine rice and asparagus were to die for! I promise, the best wedding food and catering company in brevard county! With phenomenal service to top it off!
