This is a great place to enjoy a drink after work, after sightseeing, before dinner, or before bed. Fining a friend to talk to, usually someone else staying at the hotel, was easy!

Just staying overnight for a quick meal the bar 9 is nice and the flatbreads were awesome. Great service and nice place to relax.

Received 2019 at Rialto Cafe, made a reservation for 1030 and since the first contact I felt it employees are trained to make you feel welcome. I asked the hosted to change table for a window one, and she made it possible. Our waiter gave impecable service. Se had the tacos, The bisque, two fillets and the lobster pasta with key lime pie. Everything was great and promptly served. As the midnight approached the passes New Years gear and a glass of bubbles. Priced very reasonable.

This is a lovely place to relax. There are a number of tables and couches as well as the bar area. A glass wall looks out to an interior water feature and fountain. Appetizers are well prices and portions are large.

An amazing experience from the first call inquiring about the venue to the final wrap up of our “Fill The Pantry†Fashion Show & Luncheon to benefit our Ascension Social Concerns Food Pantry and Ministry. Taylor, our Catering Sales Manager was the absolute best in helping us every step of the way. She was patient and very quick to respond to our questions. Setup, audio/ visual and the table settings were flawless and as you can see from our picture it was quite a lovely prese

I usually stay at the Hilton whenever Im on business or vacation, but if I ever go to the Melbourne area ever again I will not be staying here! I booked a very expense suite for me and my fiancée for our first trip to FL and the room wasn't ready, no toilet paper or bathroom accessories. In my opinion it was a very shabby room for Hilton standards. I had a king-size bed with no king-size pillows and the worst part is they put us in a room were construction was being done, so if we wanted to relax we would have to leave the room or endure it until they were done for the day! Horrible! I asked to be moved but they didn't have a room avaible even though its off season and no one was there! They could have upgraded me to the 8th floor and I would have been happy!! Just awful customer service. Never will I stay at this Hilton again!
