Boring and flavorless. For the fried rice, is was just rice and soy, no veggies. Sesame chicken was all sauce, and never saw a sesame. And the worst was their so called crab rangoon, fried wonton with little to no filling in them. Not worth the money or a second chance.

Extremely friendly service, Love, the fact, the menu has Chinese Thai and other Asian items, including great coconut smoothies, and Thai iced tea with Boba. The dumplings were homemade and delicious. The pad Thai had a little bit spice into it, which is what we asked for, and it was a good serving with an extra amount of tofu! Will definitely be back and try more of the food!

Do not eat here! Horrible service the food is not worth the price it tastes like warmed up grease and cardboard. Half the items on the menu are NOT served there. They will lie to your face as well. They said the credit card machine was broken just so my daughter couldn't buy a soda all because of how much they have to pay the company per swipe. Very very bad to lie instead of simply explaining to the customer that a fee would need to be added because it was a purchase below $10. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Been getting Miso ramen and other things from there. Is literally my fav place to get ramen! Ive tried other places and their food quality does not match Ruby's. Rubys give big portions too! The broths are so good and authentic! Def worth it!!! My other fav ramen shop called MeshiYa closed awhile ago and other places just couldnt compete til I tried Ruby's!
The food was good but I was very disappointed 😔 by the customer service that I experienced I bought 3 ice teas that was eww and nothing was offered to fix the issue I'm a big believer in the customer always being right so I hope others will have a better experience
