Had a great luncheon for our holiday neighborhood ladies. They decorated for us, the service was amazing. Thank you Lisa.

What a delightful holiday luncheon our Lunch Bunch had yesterday. The table looked absolutely beautiful with a crisp white tablecloth, red and green napkins folded into a Christmas tree pattern, a red runner down the middle and short holiday decor in the middle, so you could visit across the table. Our waitress, Lisa, did a fine job of spoiling us throughout our visit. I ordered a muddled Old Fashion which was the best one I have ever had, ymm. Our meal choices were varied, delicious and enjoyed by everyone in our group of ten. I highly recommend choosing the Rialto Hilton for your next gathering.

World-class all around.
Stopped in for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. The Eggs your way breakfast tasted very good ,and was reasonably priced. Lisa and Stacey were amazing, and the service was outstanding. Great hotel restaurant, and I would recommend it to my friends and family as well

I ordered a 12 oz ribeye with a side of broccoli. The broccoli tasted like it was taken from a rare deli tray left out at a party overnight and cooked at the same temperature as well. The ribeye steak was paper thin and burnt to a crisp on the bottom. I asked for medium rare but I did not complain because I figured they had killed off all of the bacteria possibly a dirty kitchen by charbroiling a ribeye steak.

15.00 bowls of soup! 11.00 for a cup! I would never think to ask about the price of something like a bowl of soup and was shocked! More expensive than some of the entrees! I asked our server if it was a mistake and she said no that's how much soup is. Ridiculous.
Food was average. Took 30+ minutes to deliver a chicken caesar salad. Only 4 other guests in the restaurant. Glasses were also dirty. A/C was turned up waaaay too high.

After wanting to try this place for years, I finally made it in. Dinner was good. Scallops were plump and cooked perfectly. After a good night's sleep, I was ready for their breakfast buffet. There isn't much more in life I love more than a good buffet, and this one was great for a hotel restaurant. $18.99 included coffee and a fairly decent spread. My favorite item by far were the croissants. Real and delicious! Compliments to the chef, Val! Service was also excellent for both meals. Jennifer was just great! Got me whatever I needed. A great conversationalist too, made me feel right at home dining by myself. The cooks and servers go above and beyond here. I can't wait to come back!

Other than a recent irritation of knats somehow, this is a lovely quiet place inside the Hilton! We came to try a vegetarian dish that’s so hard to find anywhere and I had a CAULIFLOWER STEAK with a quinoa mix on the side! Both delicious! My husband loved the fries. Sit with a view of some fountains in an outside sitting area or way in the back on some big couches!

Located in the Melbourne Hilton, this restraunt and bar is absolutely outstanding! I had the Ceasar Salald with Chicken as the protein and it was phenomenal! Food was awesome and the beverage selection excellent. The staff went out of their way to ensure you had the best dining experience. Atmosphere at the bar was fun and met a lot of people traveling just like me..fun. Really like my stay here and hats off to Hilton for having such a wonderful bar and grill resident in their hotel...Kudos to you!

The servers of this establishment are excellent, but the management is horrible. I have watched them time and time again degrade their staff INFRONT of customers. I almost had to step in one time. Even one night at the bar there was a management position demanding liquor. Not a good look… Recently saw an incident where Selena, the manager I believe was screaming at a server for “not helping her during lunch.”…. The server did all the work and Selena was in the bathroom the whole time and came back smelling like vape juice.

It's okay for a hotel restaurant. Good service. Decent menu selection. Presentation was adequate but not a lot of care or finesse with the food.

Three of us for three years. Thanksgiving and Christmas. Unfortunately, the quality of the meals have regressed each time.We were told by our server there was a new chef staff. I wouldn’t want to put my name on this meal. Very poor. Sufficiently sized portions, but food was tasteless, over cooked, and not served hot.

Did a quick night away and stayed at the Rialto. Had dinner here and it was good. I ordered the salmon and it was amazing! It had a yellow curry sauce with jasmine rice. My husband ordered the peppercorn steak and it was not the best cut of steak so would not recommend that. The cook was perfect and the potatoes were fabulous along with the broccolini, though. Service was fast and friendly. The lava cake was to die for! Also had an espresso martini!
