Shopping at the store has always been great. However today we experienced very poor customer service. My husband ordered frozen yogurt from the cafe and then asked 1 of the 3 ladies behind the counter if the frozen yogurt was peanut free. She looked around at the other girls and just said “I don’t know”. Never even looked back up or offered to find out. My husband had to track down a manager who went to the counter and asked the 3 ladies and their response was “we don’t know

This is in regards to a pickup order and using the inside kiosk. I would have been better off saving time by picking the items myself and cashing out.
