I needed to get a new card since mine expired. I stopped at 8am only to be told I may not enter since I didn't have my card on my person. After explaining it was expired and I didn't have it with me, I was denied entry. Told, this morning was for members with a plus account. I said I had a business account but only wanted to renew. Denied entry. I guess the greeter need to understand consumer experience. Costco and BJ's will treat me as a valued customer.

It's just pizza, hot dogs and pretzels folks. It's fast, it's hot, it's super duper cheap. It's great for what it is. You can even preorder on the app to make things quicker for ya. It's in the A/C and plenty of people watching to do.

Bad service . They have the phone disconnected and when they do have it connected they don’t pick it up because they are “busy” . Don’t waste your time calling to this cafe.

A great place to shop and get gas This location is right off the south side of US-192 sandwiched right next to a large movie theater. There is a gas station right up front by the road. If you have a membership you can get gasoline often at a very good discount. There may be lines but it is worth the wait with gas prices as high as they are. The store proper has plenty of parking in front and a tire/automotive part on the west side of the building. They will deliver to your car. Those spaces are adjacent, near the front but to the west side (Right as you face the front of the building). The store itself is typical of many Sam's clubs with large shelves stored with everything from TVs to food. They often give away promotional snacks to advertise different food items that are available. The prices are very reasonable for most items with the understanding that you are buying in bulk. Checkout is either self-service or a check-out person. There is a small snack bar after checkout if you are hungry for pizza, sodas, or other items. Overall, it is a very nice store, well-kept and clean, with reasonable prices and friendly staff.

You can get some good deals depending what you are looking for. Workers are helpful if you can’t find anything. 2 things I did not find was a bag or container of plain old fashion pretzels and the only deodorant I found was one brand and it was stick deodorant(my husband likes spray). BJ’s has a bigger selection in snacks and hygiene Department.

I purchased a Members Mark 4 burner grill - a major component was damaged -- called them- told me to bring it over- immediately replaced and offered me a gift certificate for my time. Excellent service and response

It is warehouse store....lots of big packages of stuff.....obviously you buy a lot of stuff for a lot of money that you probably do not need or want to spend....They do have a really good return policy and really it is a Walmart on steroids. It all about discipline. You could go home with a swing set you did not know you needed when you walked in..... I hope they up their game....COSTCO is coming!!!!!!!!

They don't have soda, mayonnaise, or onions. Why? They sell all those in their store but they can't bother to refill the deli?
