The owner drove this place into the ground. It took him 30 years, but he finally did it. The pizza was always good but he had no business owning this place. Congrats on selling the place, you could have retired 20 years ago had you run it properly.

Came in last Friday to pick up an order and a child walked in and interrupted the man behind the counter while he was helping me and said, “Get my grandmother or I’ll kill you.” I guess the waitress just lets her grandkid run all over the restaurant. Really unprofessional and that kid’s a real brat. The food is really good tho.
Our server, Dante, was lovely, just the right degree of attentiveness. The food was very well cooked and well presented, and the new wine list is impressive. The house red is very palatable!

The servers were very pleasant as well the service was great. Two of the soups on the menu weren't available and unfortunately both were my Husband's choice. We were given an alternative without any upcharge, to our satisfaction. The food was very salty though. Not sure if it was just this time. Will be back again.

Two different items on my bill were an up charge and I was not informed ahead of time. When I called later the manager or owner could of cared less. I will not return.

My sons and I decided to try San Remo's the other night. It was my first time back to San Remo's since junior high and I have to say I haven't been missing anything. To start, when the waitress finally made it to our table, she announced, "My head is going to explode! I'm the only waitress here tonight." So with that in mind, this review is solely based on the food. We ordered the mozzarella sticks with marinara appetizer. They were good. The beverages were unlimited - water, soda, lemonade. The bus boy delivered a pitcher of lemonade, which was nice. We drank quite a bit since the service was slow. I ordered eggplant Parmesan which came with bread, choice of soup or salad (I chose salad with creamy Italian) and pasta (I chose spaghetti). The salad had a few large pieces of iceberg, a tomato slice and two cucumber slices - kind of thrown into the bowl. The red sauce (as they call it) on the eggplant and spaghetti was too sweet. The eggplant was almost all breading. I could barely detect any eggplant visually or by taste. One son ordered the Tour of Italy - lasagna, chicken parm & ziti. The plate was piled with ziti which was accompanied by a tiny solid brick of lasagna (I've never seen such compacted lasagna) and a tiny piece of chicken. My other son ordered spaghetti with meatballs which came with two tiny meatballs. Instead of a salad, he opted for double bread. It would have been nice to enjoy our bread with our meals, but as the waitress dropped off the check I asked if we could have our bread to go (since we never received any throughout our visit). She then delivered 6 tiny pieces of bread with garlic butter on one side wrapped in foil. Then told us that was the last of the bread. There are several fantastic Italian restaurants in the area now so I have no idea how they're still in business serving subpar, overpriced Italian food. We will not be returning.
