Sky Kone Ice Cream, Melbourne Square Mall

So yummy !

I was at the mall recently and craving some ice cream. I usually go to Sky Kone instead of Chick fil A or Churro World. I went last week, and they were closed, so I walked around for a bit - still closed. After about twenty minutes, they finally opened. I got a medium blue goo ice cream, but it tasted off, not like it usually does and it was so much smaller than what a medium normally is . Almost had a chemical taste to it. I couldn’t even finish it and ended up tossing it. Honestly, it kind of ruined the experience

The ice cream was good but definitely didn't seem like a very hygienic place. There's very little room in the booth to wash things and the only sink I saw said for handwashing so I don't know how they clean the shake machine parts in between customers. Also, the guy who made my ice cream put on gloves and then used the gloves to move the payment touch screen around and touched the screen directly. Then he went back to making the ice cream. I got a cookies and cream shake so he had to get Oreos out and touch them. I was grossed out and should have said something in the moment but I didn't.

They taste good buttttt….they all have the same flavor they only put color to change but all ice cream 🍦are same flavor vanilla 😆😹 boring

Great spot to relax from a day of shopping. For $5 I got a regular Butter Pecan cone… 😋😋 Happy customer!

Maybe it was just my experience but we went there during I guess what would be a busy day at the mall if that still exists. We were told ice cream wasn't ready that it would be ready in 10 mins. We walked around came back at 10mins, 30 mins, 60 mins...just ending up going somewhere else on way home

Limited in size of cones and flavors

I enjoy coming here while walking the mall or if I’m craving a frozen treat. However the hours posted for Friday are 11-7 pm and I’ve been just sitting infront waiting for someone to open and take my order since 11 and it’s been almost an hour now and no one’s showed :(

Pistachio ice cream was the best we've ever had! And our kids loved their kid scoops of mint chip and vanilla. This place was a great find on our day out! And the customer service was also top notch :) glad we stopped in!
